Brought a bridesmaids dress in to be hemmed. Tried on the dress and Mr. Ho provided me with three options for a length. Gave me a two day timeline to complete. Was done on time and I picked up, dress fit great and the price was reasonable! Definitely would go here again if ever needed

He did not do what I asked him to do. All he did was cut of material, no sewing, and charged me $25. When I complained he said there was nothing he could do. I could have cut it myself. I was expecting a surged edge like the one he cut off.

All my family go to Ho's for all alterations. He has multiple dressing rooms in which the first time I was one of 8 ladies being pinned up (at once) with multiple garments for each of us to be tailored, 2 would change and he would go to the next 2 and it went on for awhile he was quick and pleasant to work with. (Wife works there too but I never feel uncomfortable in what he is pinning or brushing by accident as part of the profession). They listen and will make any suggestions to what can/ can't be done. Nice, friendly, quality tailoring with fast turnaround time and affordable prices! Had my husband's leather bomber jacket was too long in the sleeves charged $12 (2002 prices) for tough leather & double stitching ! You won't get that great kind of quality for his prices anywhere... And he's right down the street! Never had a problem he couldn't fix. Many child growth fittings every 3 months and My yo-yo needs. He will make you look great. Tell him if you don't want anything cut off or if just sewn. You could ruin a good relationship and clothes if you don't bother. Most will cut then alter without asking you so speak up or...

Excellent service provided in a timely manner. Attention to detail is paramount, they feel it is very important to deliver what you are asking for. Have had multiple patches sewn on my motorcycle vest, wasn't dissatisfied. Husband also has used their services previously, with great results. Highly recommend.

measured my dungaree sample and was asked to make the 2 other pair I had brought in the same way. gave the sample ack to me to take with me. when I picked them up they were not done any where near the waist size and appearance of the sample when I asked him to give them to his wife and ask her to make them like the sample adding I did not want him to measure them...just give her the sample to go by refused and left saying I would never bring anything to him again charge $30.00 which included nc tax
