I have been taking my clothes here for 10 years and have never been anything, but pleased with De's work. 1 & a half months ago I found my wedding dress. The place I got it from promised to fix the problems on it and have it done in 2 weeks. I went back in 2 weeks and nothing had been done to it at all and they said it'd be another 2 weeks. When I went back the next time to pick it up the places they supposedly fixed looked like a 3 year old had attempted to sew. At that point, I took the dress and walked out. I still needed my dress altered because of my height and the dress being too long. De was able to make alterations to my dress and I once again was pleased. When going to pick it up, he noticed the mess up that the dress shop made and took it upon himself to fix it without me even asking... Free of charge. Now my dress is perfect and I can't wait to wear it down the aisle. I think most people pass by his shop and have no idea that it's there or what he is capable of. But he will not let you leave unhappy. Please let him make your clothes fit as perfect as you had in mind when you bought them.

My daughter was performing at 2018 Miss NC pageant, and the dress I ordered looked 2 sizes too big. I found Mr. De's shop online, and the reviews looked promising. The hours also allowed me to go after work, so we gave it a shot. I popped in without an appointment (the front entrance and just rung the doorbell). Mr. De was very nice to my daughter while marking the dress for the alterations (she is only 8). We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. 5 days later we picked up my daughter's perfectly fitting dress. My daughter was so happy, and the price made me happy. The alterations only costed $20. I recommend Mr. De to anyone looking for great customer service and beautiful alterations. My husband will be using Mr. De for all of his suit alterations in the future. I'll be a customer as long as Mr. De is in business. Plus, it's a small town business, and I love to support those.

Excellent service, very professional! I have recommended Mr. De to anyone I know (and even people I don't know) that needs custom alterations. Bridal, prom, formal, suits, you name it. Extremely fine tailoring, you wouldn't know your garment was ever altered except for the perfect fit!
