Dress turned out fine, but they failed to let me know they do not take credit cards which was a huge inconvenience when I came to pick the dress up. The inconsideration and poor communication about this was extremely frustrating and wasted my time.

Best Alterations I know!! Ask your best dressed friend where they get their alterations done. I did. And he sent me to Chi's. I usually have to recut jackets, pants and even shirts to get the right fit. Chi's is always on point with a great look and a really great price. He has made additional fixes when I am being especially particular, and told me when something can't be done. It is cash only--small business. Go to an ATM! It's not that inconvenient; don't leave a one-star review.

After seeing somebody post a 1 star review because they didn’t take cards I felt obligated to post. Seriously? 1 Star? I’ve had 2 suits, 1 blazer and a few pairs of pants tailored here. He even re-tailored the suits for me a second time a no extra charge. This place is on point.

100% recommend him! Love this guy! I’ve come to him for the past few years after my mom recommended me. He had altered everything from gowns, pants, blouses, etc., for me. He’s very friendly, hardworking, reasonably priced and fast. Even when I’ve come to him last minute for a bridesmaid dress I needed in 3 days, he was able to pull it off and it looked perfect!

This is the fifth time i go to get one of my new clothes fixed with Chi. He's excellent, he knows exactly how to do something with little explanation and gets inmediatly what you want. The things I'm taking are not fancy dresses or big alterations, but i already have some knowledge on design and when you find someone that can do a perfect alteration of something that suppose to be simple (but is not), is when you know how good he is on his job. This dress has a strechy band on the back of the waist and he decided to fix it on the front, as your can see, the little seam is almost invisible and it looks like it was made like that. Just know that he only receives cash, so get your cash and take your clothes to Chi. Don't even try other places.

Mr. Chi is so very polite, patient and helpful! He would even help me with my 2yo son who was tiring of trying on so many pants. His hours are great. The prices are reasonable and he is always done in 3-5 days! So very glad he is close by!!

Alterations looked great, but someone was smoking when they tailored the shirt I brought in. Reaks of cigs and didn't discover this until I got home. As a non-smoker, I wasn't thrilled. I called 3x's during business hours about this issue and no one answered.

Literally amazing! From customer service, to quality of work, to pricing, 5 stars all the way! Being new to the area it was hard to rely on reviews but Chi's had the best, so I figured I would give them a shot and I am so happy I did! I needed a bridesmaid dress done and it was done in 2 weeks during busy wedding/prom season and done perfectly. I will be recommending everyone I know here!!
