I took a bridesmaids dress that was too small to Cassandra, along with a corset. This was my only hope at getting the dress to fit (it wouldn't zip up. Not even close). She replaced the zipper back with the corset and did a beautiful job, had it back to me within a week (which is when I needed it). Even took the time to show me the best way to lace it up. She knows her stuff. Highly recommend.

Very good with alterations, I used her in 2015 for my sister's wedding, wasn't aware that she had moved, but I found her again and was not disappointed. Got the work done in a week and I was in a wedding the next, Thank you!!!!

I had a bridesmaid dress altered. The top section featured a stiff organza overlay that stuck out much too far for my small chest. This seemed like a tricky alteration to me, since it wasn't a simple matter of tucking in existing seams, but Cassandra did a great job and the dress was very flattering. The dress did not need any further adjustments after the initial alteration. Her prices are good and her work is quality.

I decided to go with Cassandra after having a lot of problems with almost all of my bridal experience. She is the sweetest lady! She did an amazing job on altering not only my wedding dress but also on a Lilly Pulitzer dress, too! She is a bit of a drive from where I live but I would drive the 45 minutes to her any day! Ms. Cassandra has done it again!!!! She has done work for me in the past and I was always very pleased. However, I recently walked into her shop with an alterations rush job I needed for my daughter's upcoming cotillion and she made it happen in less than 3 days. She is always friendly and her prices are beyond reasonable and the workmanship is great. She is very talented and I recommend her to anyone in the Charlotte area looking for a great seamstress. Cassandra is the best. I brought her a bridesmaid dress that was a huge project. Every where I brought it they wanted hundreds of dollars to fix it. Even Davids Bridal wouldn't take a project like this. The bride ordered the dress 10 sizes too big and didn't want me to return it. Like I said it was a HUGE project but Cassandra took it on with full force. She did such a great job. I hated the dress when I brought it to her and when I left I loved the dress. She also gives the best customer service and makes you feel comfortable and like you are at home. If you want a excellent job with great value you must come here!

I'm not sure who I spoke with when I called this business on 11/11/16 @ 1:50pm for service but she had enough attitude in her voice to let me know she could care less about getting my business.....then I asked a simple question trying to confirm her address because there is 2 listed...she asked me "what did I mean which address was correct" that location burned down years ago" well ma'am excuse me for not knowing...and excuse you for not updating YOUR website....somebody else will get this Blessing today. . Apparently you need some humbling.....#verydryandnasty

i have had 2 separate times where the 2 legs were different lengths. i will not be going there anymore. the last time i picked up a pair of jeans there the hem was already coming out and the stitching was uneven. my mom could have done. better job. also you can not count on her to be there for her scheduled hours, which are already short. there have been 2 times when i went 30 minutes after she was supposed to open and i still had to wait for her to get there
