It’s a great place for a few big reasons. They seem to be able to get literally everything you bring in to feel like they’re brand new again, as in they’re perfectly clean and not damaged from the process. Good customer service, as in we will assist customers in any capacity to make sure everything they brought is properly cleaned and managed, especially when it comes to more sensitive items. Route staff are extremely reliable. Not much else really needs to be said other than they’re very good at getting everything from and to you on time and even early sometimes. The seamstress is extremely nice and can make appointments with customers with very specific problems with their garments, such as getting the hemming to the right length and things like that. The turn around time is literally a day as long as they’re open the next day. You can always grab your stuff by usually like 5:30 the day after drop off which is really helpful. Overall; I’d say it’s rather expensive but, the work they do can trump the price it costs to get it done. Well just don’t bring over like ten items at a time because then it stacks up that price rapidly. (Naturally considering it’s dry-cleaning)

Completely didn’t get the service I expected. The instructions on how the dress should be pressed wasn’t followed. When I showed up to pick up clothes I had to get them to press pleats into dress and was told it was done the best they could because they’re running out of steam. The day before I had issues with my experience as well. They did $0 that dress but I’m really upset I had to stand there for such a long time when it should’ve been done right first time.

Got my wedding dress cleaned and preserved here. The dress after it was cleaned looked wonderful. I was on a time crunch due to moving and they worked with me to get me my dress back to me before I moved. The only thing I wish I knew is that the north hills store doesn't clean dresses there, they take them to their main store, despite what they told me. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

My husband and I have been using Brothers Cleaners for many years (maybe 10?) and we have NEVER had a problem with anything concerning their services. The thing we love the most is how convenient their service is since we live way out in the country in a large neighborhood; dry cleaning services are not available close to us. All we need to do is remember to put out our dry cleaning bag (provided by Brothers Cleaners) on the front porch for this neighborhood's scheduled day. It is picked up and delivered back to us on the next scheduled day which usually amounts to only a couple days of transit. Couldn't be easier and we love this company!

Poor customer service. It’s very tough to communicate with these people. No response to online request for pickup-delivery sign up for over 2 months. No replies to the email sent using ‘message manager’ option. The staff at the store had no idea how their service works. The coupon was picked up but not reflected in the invoice. Delivered wrong item, when called the store, the lady had no concern to help and after redirecting the call to two different people she said please call the main store, we have no idea how to resolve this. Overall, they brag about great customer service and friendly people, but I had the exact opposite experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

When I came in to drop off my stuff, I was given one quote and when so returned the next day, I was given a different quote (a higher one if I might add). When asked why they try to tell me extra charges but that could have been told when I came to drop it off so that I could have made the decision to leave my items or not.
