Amy did some hemline alterations on my gown, and the work was phenomenal. She was frienldy and professional and a perfect location for me. I felt the croverage was high however, I got what I paid for. Thanks Amy!

This tailor could be an amazing tailor but I will never know. She needs to work on her customer service. Went in to get a dress altered and she made snippy comments like "no one when is going to be looking at your dress so close." I have never been to a tailor who is so rude to her customers. Just an awful experience, just ended walking out angry without getting it tailored. If she was even a fraction as kind as her dog was, she might have gotten some business.

Absolutely rude! And way over rpriced! Unbelievable.... My grandmother used to go here all the time to have pants altered and other work done, But I dont know what has happened but I will not be taking my business here.

Twee is excellent!! I feel she knows exactly what I need before I try on clothes!! I brought her clothes to alter 2 sizes smaller and they fit me perfect! They looked as if I just bought them from the store. I love her attitude, her smile and I LOVE Amy... Her beautiful dog too!!! Highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

The lady that works there was very rude and short with me. Not to mention, she lets her HUGE dog roam around the shop and refused to put the dog away while we could be serviced, even though my daughter has allergies. I do not care how well she can tailor, if she cannot treat customers with respect, she will not receive any of my money.

I have never met someone so rude in my life, we showed up twenty minutes early for my daughters wedding gown alterations because we knew it would take at least that long to get her into the dress properly and she caught an attitude as soon as we walked in the door. She just lost the business of a bride, four brides maids and my dress.

I had a terrible experience at this place... I called twice before I stopped by to ask if she does measurements and no one answered. I decided to stop by anyways (I wish I hadn't). As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a rude attitude.. I asked if she did measurements and she looked at me, ignored my question, and walked away to do something else. I asked again, and she said "no." She truly had a terrible attitude... this place needs to work on their customer service. She also had a dog (that was sweet), but was roaming around the store freely - if you have allergies, DO NOT COME HERE. Regardless, you will be greeted with an attitude.

Walked in to get some help with measurements and she did not even look at me. She said that they just don't do that. And Sent me to mens wear house. Some small business owner. She needs some service training.

Just went for the first time and I will most definitely go back again and recommend to everyone I know. She did a wonderful job on a dress I needed hemmed. She was quick and efficient all at a decent price. She was extremely welcoming and personable and obviously loves Amy, which illustrates how wonderful she is.

Amy is an unbelievably rude person! She opens up whenever she wants to, even though her hours on her website are 11:30-6pm. I had to go twice to catch her and when I called to see if she’s there before I’ll go again and she says “ I open whenever I want to”. Unbelievable for a business owner! As a returning client and someone who gives her referrals, I am extremely disappointed to have witnessed her business decline. I will never use Amy again, and you shouldn’t either.

She was a rude b#&*$ . She had her dog there and wouldn't take the courtesy to move it to the back. My son doesn't like dogs heck she didn't know could have been an allergy don't take your clothes here.

The few comments made were rude and snarky remarks. She had no manners and was not at all considerate. She was very unwilling to help. Before I left I asked if she would do the back like she mentioned at least (I needed other alterations as well). Her reply was "Haven’t you spent enough time here?". I am incredibly desperate to find a tailor because the tailor I went to previously failed to preform any of the alterations needed. Now I am stuck trying to find a tailor for a Saturday prom (April 21, 2018).

This place is fantastic. The tailoring is professional, reasonably priced and done quickly. Amy, the sweet dog, is a delight. If you don't like dogs, you won't like this place, but if you do like dogs, you won't be disappointed. Amy will greet you when you walk in and stand by while you get pinned. She's the best helper!
