Don't go here, take your business to Lee's Tailor Shop -- Quick to get the job done but rushes things and too pricey. . Doesn't care too much about quality. Had to bring things back in to get a 'fix-up' both times. Thankful for the service because I can't do myself but just forewarning. . ALSO; As I took in my pants to get fixed up today the co-owner confronted me about this review and essentially told me to take my business elsewhere. He then handed me the pants and told me to leave. . Christina watched the whole thing and said nothing. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MORE BUSINESS!!

So incredibly rude!!! I can not emphasize this enough. She didn't even listen to what I needed done. She rudely told me to get on the box then said she can't do anything for me. The funny thing is that I spoke with her two days ago on the phone, and described to her what I needed to have done. She said she could do it lol. Over the phone she was nice. She never even acknowledged me when I entered the store. I'd never recommend anyone to this lady. This level of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated. I'm surprised she's still in business. Oh, and she threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't leave lol. I simply asked her why she was so rude and told her that it wasn't professional. I was never disrespectful to this lady nor did I do anything. Bad business.

Took my Epic game jacket to shorten the sleeves and christina did it quickly and a fair price for the quailty. The new cuffs look exactly how they were before it was cut and shortened. Very happy with the work. Never had clothes tailores before. Going to be taking other clothes for her to fix up for me!

I went here for a bridesmaid dress alteration to have it taken in as well made shorter. Was not told the price up front and it is my fault for not asking but never did I expect the price to be 95 DOLLARS!!!! The max this alteration should have cost was $50. This is more than I paid for the dress itself. And the zipper is still messed up from when she said she would fix it. Will not be returning. Definitely ripped off.

I decided to give this place a try even after the negative reviews. This was a big mistake. I inquired about the pricing for services. She told me the price and I mentioned that it was a bit pricey and more than I had expected and she hung up on me. I called back and told her that I had just called and mentioned that the person that I was speaking to hung up on me after I mentioned that the quote was more than I expected. She said, "Well you said it was too pricey so I figured you didn't want to get it done." I told her that was very rude to hang up on a potential customer. I told her that is not how you treat customers. She said, "You know what, I don't have to take this." She hung up on me again. The owner is very unprofessional. I don't understand how she remains in business.

Fooling around I split the seem in my jeans in just the wrong place. Was close by and walked in. They were so respectful and managed to fix my jeans while also taking care of paying customers. I offered to pay but they admitted the humor of the incident was payment enough. They earned a customer for life, hopefully for now on just for planned needs. Great people!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. OVERPRICED AND RUDE! Paid an $85 down deposit for five things to be hem one which I needed in five days the rest normal time and one thing to be taken in in the waist and under the arms. All basic alterations no lining or anything. Was under the impression that there was not going to be any more additional charges. I asked multiple times how much the total would be and was not given an answer. When I came back to pick up the rest of the things I was Told there was going to be an additional $60 charge making a total of almost $150 for everything. Absolutely ridiculous. When questioned I got a very rude response. I would never recommend this to any one. I hope no one goes to her business. And if you do be where you will be dealing with a rude owner that takes long turnaround times and very overpriced alterations. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
