Supposedly the suits are to be shipped in a proprietary “pack runner” technology, protecting the suit from the wear and tear of the shipping process. The website goes on further to say, by ensuring the proper humidity and compression after your garment is unpacked and hung for a few hours for the fibers to settle the garment will be pristine. WHAT A TOTAL LIE. I receive the suits they were not pack the way that you told me they would be or the way it was advertise that they would be packed. No “pack tunnet” technology her! In fact they have arrived and they look like crunched paper. I’m very upset about it. Seriously talk about ruining the experience at the end. I now have three crumpled suits and no one has bothered to return one call or email.

Awesome Service from Kashiyama. Please refer to Gene Russo at the 38th Street location when you go. He made all the groomsman very happy(6 of us) working on all our measurement and was a blast working with him. I highly recommend Gene and Kashiyama

Gene Paul Russo did a great job measuring me for a suit. I have a weird body, wide shoulders, big chest, thick arms, but short arms. My legs are short but thick. My suit looks damn good on me. I never looked this good in a suit.
