Under no circumstance should you patronize this establishment ! They grossly over-charged me for a very minor alteration and were most nasty in the process and the follow up. The customer before me also had a serious problem. I should have walked out at that point, but didn't. There are several consumer-friendly, ethical and capable cleaning and alteration establishments in Greenwich Village to patronize. Do not make the same mistake I did.

The only cleaners that truly does same day cleaning. I gave them a shirt that I had stained during a lunch meeting. They had it cleaned and pressed in 2 hours. The guys are amazing and super courteous. Thanks Jerri's!
