Consistently good quality work. So much cheaper than your local dry cleaner. It's best for small tailoring jobs like pant hems. It's not so good for more complex jobs that require careful measuring.

Eddie here is the go-to man for high quality, super affordable prices, and speedy service. Anyone who works in the wedding industry knows that it takes an average (and in some places, minimum), of 2 months of turnover time before you get the dress back. Not only that, it's hard to trust any tailor shop on your wedding dress when you JUST decided to have a wedding 6 months prior, and JUST bought your wedding dress 4 months prior. This was my friend's dilemma. Any tailoring shop, even those "recommended" by wedding places can price gauge any rush services. Understandable. My friend and I worked in the area and Eddie's Expert Tailoring was a highly recommended place to go to for great tailoring services. A few weeks later, my friend returned to Eddie to try on the dress and asked for additional tailoring. Knowing that we needed the dress immediately, Eddie and his team did not hesitate to carry out the task immediately. In the end, my friend the bride, and the 3 of us left extremely happy with her dress that every nook and cranny was fixed to perfection, at a fraction of the cost and time that any midtown tailor would charge. I personally went to another tailor near Delancey but after coming here with a wedding dress as such a crucial task to complete and perfect with all the trust in the world, I much rather come here than any other local tailor for much better customer service and tailoring service. Highly recommended if you're in the local area and need a fine tailor. But if you're not in the area and is willing to travel, do so. You'll be happy you made that decision when you pay for your goods.

They're experts at tailoring, not organizing. Don't let the mess dissuade you, they're awesome. Maybe don't leave the garment bag if you want it back, though.

Came here to get a very expensive designer shirt tailored. The shirt was brand new and had never been worn before. When I went to pick up the shirt- it had an extremely visible stain right on the front. Not only were they unapologetic, but they didn't offer to pay for dry cleaning and still made me pay for the service. Will not be going back and would not recommend.
