I had shirts I needed to have embroidery added to, i didnt have much time they said 4 days which was quicker than everywhere else when I said it was a they did it with in 10 minutes. I was really happy until noticed glue on the shirt when I called the man got upset and yelled at me. Told me they'd fix it but honestly didn't feel comfortable going back.

Brought my dress in a week in advance. Misplaced my dress. Came to pick up my dress for the third time, dress was "misplaced" again. Dress was never even started. Took my dress back. 3 days before the wedding because of broken promises & trust. Worst service ever.

I would give NO STARS for Izzy. Horrible service. Did not have garment ready after one week when promised. He asked for a second week. Again he did not have it ready. Stated he was working alone and didn't get to it. There was a woman on a sewing machine in the back room, so not sure that was the reason. Took my garment, sleeves off and shoulder seam ripped out. Expensive garment is probably not fixable. Informed him that I would not be back neither would my spouse who used him for 2 years. He said that was fine. RUDE!

I take my sons uniforms there every year they get it with in a 2 to 3 day time frame if you have a russ the will expedite you order. Very professional guy.

My boyfriend had a suit at the bottom of my closet for a while and needed it altered for an interview. He needed it done same day, as we are from out of town. We went to Izzy and asked if he would be able to complete it. He said it would be hard as he was short handed but would have it done same day. Not only did he do a great job, he also steamed all the wrinkles out. He had the pants let out and hemmed and jacket sleeves hemmed. We were a little worried because of his rating but for us, we had a great experience and would go back and highly recommend his shop. Good work and fair price for a rush order.
