I took my garment in , I was very specific what needed and had to be done, mind you this was a uniform shirt. she showed me what she would do, It was not what I had explained to her, so once again I made it very clear what needed to be done, she reassured me it would be fine, it would look better once she was finished. she gave me my claim ticket I went back on the day that it was suppossed to be done and she proceeds to tell me she forgot. I'm looking at her in disbelief, you just forget to do my shirt? She told me she took it home and forgot. I expressed my frustration to her, then she tells me, "okay I'll do it right now", I'm thinking she just told me she took home, so now I see she had lied in an attempt to cover for herself. WOW. She tells me she'll have it ready before she closes, it was 3:19 at that point and she closes at 4. I had to go back again, during rush hour traffic, she brings out my uniform shirt, she did exactly what I had explained to her what I didn,t want. My uniform shirt is now unwearable, so I'm out the money I paid for my shirt and more money because I now have to buy another one. She did a rush, sloppy job.To add insult to injury She expected me to pay her full price. UNBELIEVABLE. TERRILBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISHONEST PLACE OF BUSINESS. BEWARE. Don't let the sweet act fool you. She doesn"t deserve any stars much less one, but it won"t post unless you click a star.
