They were so great! Turnaround time of a little over a day, they replaced the elastic in my waistband for under $20 and when I came my bag broke and the president (Fabian) just sat down and fixed it for me in a hot minute (no extra charge). They are fabulous and I recommend them highly!!!

Went there with a pair of A.P.C. jeans to be brought in on my way to Self Edge, the more expensive name in jeans tailoring. The man working the front desk assured me he had worked with that brand of jeans before and made sure I understood what would happen to the selvedge lining. An hour and $12 dollars later, my jeans were looking on point. Superb.

I just moved to the neighborhood so needed a tailor near me! I had a new pair of leather paints to be taken in at the waist as well as hemmed. They did an amazing job and it was extremely affordable! I would recommend to anyone and will be using them in the future!!

Solid tailors and reasonable prices. Been coming here for 10+ years. Scheduling garment pick-up often feels like a part-time job, so not recommended if you need quick turnaround. That said, they are busy. Their work is great though, and I’d recommend if not rushed.

I've been going to them for years and I love their work. It's not always ready exactly when you need it so I would say give them an earlier deadline to make sure there's time if there are any additional adjustments but they stand by their work as well. I have only use them for tailoring I've seen the make suits and dresses and all sorts of things for people from scratch.

I used The Orchard Tailor Service by suggestion of a costume designer friend of a friend. They had said they were professional, cheap, and did good work. That was all I needed to hear! I took a bridesmaid dress there to be hemmed and taken in a bit. They said it’d be 2 weeks to complete. I had some time before the wedding, so didn’t matter. Went in 2 weeks later before work (their hours are pretty atrocious if you don’t live near by), and didn’t have time to try it on, since they opened 10 minutes late. Tried it on that night, but ended up taking it back, because it was still really big on me. When I tried it on there, the man at the desk said, “oops. Looks like we forgot to take it in.” I was floored. It was on the ticket, and literally just needed two things done. I let them have a second shot though because I’d already paid the $85. Went back a week later - the date specified on the ticket - and they said it wasn’t ready yet. Then blamed me for coming in early, when the ticket had the day and date circled on it. When I pointed this out to them, they told me to come back in a few days. When I went back (round 4), I made sure to try it on at the shop, and the top no longer fit right. It’s a strapless dress, and one of the cups lays oddly and protrudes now. This wasn’t the case when I got it. When I showed them, all they said was, “it wasn’t them, they hadn’t touched the seam when taking it in, but they could keep it longer to fix (again).” I told them that I’d rather have a refund and go somewhere else at this point. Their response was, “it’s not like you missed your event, so it doesn’t matter. Us forgetting to take it in the first time wasn’t a big deal. You have time.” At this point, a seamstress from the back came to the desk smiling and laughing. Didn’t help the situation, that’s for sure. In the end, wouldn’t suggest going here unless you have at least 8+ weeks to your event, or are ready to take your clothes elsewhere after they mess it up.
