WOW – what an incredible experience! After years of buying off the rack suits from JoS A. Bank, Men’s Warehouse and other big name national stores (and never truly being satisfied) I was introduced to Carlos Coto of Summit Tailors. I was in the market to update and upgrade my professional wardrobe with custom made suits, pants, sports jackets and shirts. Never having purchased custom made clothing before I was a bit apprehensive of what I perceived the process and cost of custom made clothing would entail. Carlos patiently, professionally and with a natural warmth and sincerity took the time to educate me about the differences between mass produced clothing and custom clothing (and there is a big difference!). He truly listened to what I was trying to accomplish, made suggestions of fabric, style and fit that were appropriate to my goals and within my budget and ultimately produced the finest clothing I have ever worn. The quality of workmanship, the fit, the style and the fabrics Carlos suggested were impeccable. Aside from the fact that Carlos is a Master Tailor he is true professional in every sense of the word. I never felt as if Carlos had any agenda other than making sure I was completely satisfied. He is passionate about his trade yet more importantly, passionate that his customers feel great about their experience. The entire experience was second to none. I am customer for life.

I started going here a few years ago after a friend recommended I see Carlos to get a suit altered and man am I happy I went. Not only did Carlos take extra time to make sure the suit was perfect but also suggested a few changes that would help make it stand out in the crowd. I have since brought him all my dress shirts to tailor, I am pretty skinny and need most shirts to be brought in. I also have brought him my cycling outfits to get tailored to me and they have all been perfect. Carlos and Betsy, his amazing accomplice, are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and complete perfectionists. I will never go anywhere else for tailoring ever again. Thank you Carlos and Betsy!

Horrible customer service. Inexperienced,I went to another tailor and they did exactly what I asked when Summit Tailors told me it’s impossible. Rude people that insulted my dress and treated me horribly. Would never recommend to anyone

Dressing well for me is 2nd nature. I appreciate good tailoring and I found it at Summit tailors. Carlos and his staff were very respectful of my taste on how I wear my suits (very tailor fitted). His suggestions really enhanced the overall appearance of the three suits that I brought there. I'm looking fwd to seeing them again.

I have changed my review. I used to like this guy until I brought my last suits in and realized corners were cut. I needed a Bianchi suit jacket tailored and after 3 weeks it turned out one sleeve was almost 3/4 " too long. Because of the complexity of the button area, it was necessary to initially alter the sleeve from the shoulder area. When I brought it back for correction, two weeks later I find the "cut corner" altering was done from the bottom of the sleeve resulting in a very out of synch look from one sleeve to the other. You have lost a good customer Carlos.

Betsy is amazing!! I brought in a huge pile of alterations which she turned around flawlessly in a week. Then, at the last minute I decided address I was supposed to wear to a party needed her magic touch. She turned it around as a rush job in 3 hours for me- taking it in and shortening it. Super talented. Plus, they are very reasonably priced- particularly for the amazing quality!
