i had ieft my shirts and slacks for dry cleaning on this previous week's wednesday, and when i came to pickup this monday morning the woman at the counter tried "looking" for them, and then claimed she couldn't find them. she then "looked" in the system, telling me weren't they weren't ready yet. i told her that when the previous salesman i originally dropped them off with had promised that at least the shirts would be ready the next day by 5:30pm. it was only whon i countered her with this truth, she looked again only briefly in the same rack, and they were right where she had looked previously. the implication obviously being that she had deceived me about my order's status in the system. i then asked to speak with the manager, and she took my number and told me she would have him call me the next day. after not receiving a call by 5pm, i called again and a man answered saying that the manager is available between 6:30 and 7:30pm and to call then. i tried calling shortly after 7pm, but only got voicemail since the shop closes at 7pm. i called again the next day and related this information to the salesman who responded, and he told me that the manager is usually available only in the morning. i asked him for the manager's number, and called him. when i called he was working from a different location, and told me that he had never been notified of the matter, and that the woman i had originally spoken with was a manager of this location. they have lost my business, i would give them 0 stars if i were able. i wish them no harm however my suggestion is to avoid this business as it appears to be a place of charlatans and liars, and this behavior will only certainly bring about their own disrepute and ruin for their selves and the environment of their commerce.

I use them for dry cleaning and wash & fold. They are always quick and courteous. I’ve never had anything lost or damaged, and the allow for a few pieces for hang dry without added cost!
