Dropped my dress off to get fix on a Monday afternoon, lady told me my dress would be ready by Friday before 3pm, which I didnt see why it would take 4 days when it was just the sleeves getting fix but since I didnt need it till Friday I didnt really mind the waiting, well I go get my dress at 5 pm and she didnt even know where the dress was ,forgot what it was she was even fixing or if she even had done it , when she finally finds the dress she tells me it wont be ready till tomorrow, than after seeing how angry I was at the fact that I even went late to give her extra time and she still didnt even start, she tells me I can fix it in 30 mns and I than explain to her its already late and I need it as soon as possible , she tells me she can do it in a few minutes, not once did she say sorry for the inconvenience and the fact that it could of been done in a few mns and she didnt even start it till I got angry its very unprofessional. But lesson learned, will never go or recommend someone there again! :)

She did great alterations at reasonable prices. Lately, though, her work has been shoddy and not ready when she says it will be ready. She made the sleeves on my boyfriend's jacket too short and also damaged 2 items that my friend took to her. On a couple of my dresses that needed both the sides and hem taken up, she did one but not the other. And she never apologizes for the mistakes. I can no longer vouch for her services.

She is excellent. Her work is good, she is timely and the prices are fair. Don’t know why the low ratings. I am very happy with her and find her better than the one of 75th street. Definitely better with completing the jobs on time
