I've been using them for about three months now and it has been a very pleasant find. So far no lost clothing, no damaged clothing and my deliveries have always been on time. Get this they press my wash and fold. I've never looked so neat and pressed for everything in my life. My husband and my intimates come back separated and in mini plastic bags that I can just place in my drawers. It makes unpacking the laundry super easy and I feel like I'm getting all new pieces of clothing in my drawers. Socks come in separate bags as well. I swear they color code my laundry when they pack it. My biggest problem with my dry cleaning was that my whites came back yellow. Not anymore thank goodness. What upsets me is my old Cleaners told me that my whites were used and they would never be as white as when I first bought them but now they are. I don't have a doorman but they have convenient 2 hour windows in the evening and they usually come for my stuff between 8 and 10 PM and I get it back in two days. I went into their location to have an evening gown fitting and the place is immaculate the last dry cleaner I went into looked like a dirty factory. I definitely recommend giving them a try.
