They don’t follow directions and the woman in the front speaks no English. I took a pair of pants in for tailoring and cleaning. They cleaned the pants and didn’t tailor the pants. When I asked for my money back they gave me the run around. When I asked the lady at the front for her bosses number she gave me a bogus number. Don’t take your clothes to this business.

They "lose" clothes. They lost the belt to my trench coat, the person who works there is gross and sneezes outwardly and on her hands, and doesn't speak a bit of English.

Only gripe is they don’t open full day on Saturdays and closes on Sundays. Customers who drop shirts at cleaners normally work from Monday to Friday. Weekends are the only free time and cleaners are closed most of the weekends. I wish the washes are ready for pick up quicker between next day or 2 days max. Usually I get 3 days. Service is good and people are always nice. I would give 5 stars if they open later during the week like 9pm and open in weekends.

This cleaners doesn’t deserve a star. They break your clothes and give you a bogus excuse saying it was like that when you dropped it off. The lady running that place will try to rob you too. If not steal your clothing but try to charge you again and say you never paid. Its a terrible establishment. Dont bring your clothes there.
