I loved working with Ewa! She tailored my wedding dress and I'm absolutely over the moon with what she did. Not only is she extremely talented - but she's an amazing person. I truly loved getting to know her as we worked together and I am highly recommending her to anyone needing alterations in NYC. She and her team are wonderful!

I took a bridesmaids dress here to be hemmed here and just moved to the city. A simple 3 inches needed to be taken off. The staff was nice when I entered (that is what the 2 stars are) and I scheduled my dress to be picked up for a wedding a week later. When I came back before the wedding, they had misplaced the dress and couldn't find it. They had no clue where it was. She said she might have sent it home with someone else. Eventually they found it and found the receipt and had not started my alterations for the wedding I was in. Mild freakout moment. They rushed it and I came back yet again and they didn't even offer a discount for service. I asked and said it was good business and I got a rude response. My service was 70 dollars for simple alterations. Even 5 dollars off would have made me feel better and kept me as a client. I will not go back. They are overpriced and lost a potential returning client with me. The owner was completely hard about no discount after inconveniencing me, not starting my alterations, and loosing my dress. If I didn't go in when I did, I would not of had my dress for the wedding.
