I was very disappointed with their customer service. When I dropped my items off, I was given a ticket which said they would be ready for pick up on Saturday. I ended up not being available Saturday so went the following Monday instead (2 days later) to pick them up. When I arrived, I was told that my items were still being worked on and could I wait around for an hour or so while they finish them up. I'm a busy mom and don't live close by and this was my last stop for the day so waiting around "an hour or so" with my 4 year old was not an option for me that day. I asked why I was not called Friday evening or early Saturday when they knew my items would not be ready for scheduled pick up and I basically just got a shrug and an insincere apology. I told them I would like a call this time when my items were ready for pick up so as not to waste another trip out there and confirmed my phone number with them. After A WEEK of no call, I finally called them and was told my items were ready last week but they didn't have my correct number. (I had them read me the number they had on file for me and it was correct, just missing my area code which I always give out first since I'm not from NH.) Nothing was done or offered to remedy the situation so needless to say I won't ever be back and can't recommend Tiffany Cleaners to anyone.
