If I could give 10 Stars, I would. Joan altered my daughters prom dress, and did such an amazing job, I couldn't believe how beautiful the dress fit once completed. Great location, great price, and so happy with the completed project. I recommend Tailor Joan to anyone looking for alterations, zippers, hemming, etc.

We have a huge wedding coming up very very soon and we needed the wedding gown to have minor alterations. So we were recommended tailor Joan and we got in contact with her to do those minor alterations!! She works out of her home mind you the cleanliness of the area she works in is sub par to say the least!! Her expertise is very low and my year old nephew could do better!! You can see every seam in which she altered, she made the gown pucker, fold in areas in which it shouldn’t, and she ripped the lacing and sequence in the gown which mind you is very beautiful!! Hence after her working on it the gown looks like absolute garbage!! This gown is very expensive and is the only one of its kind!! So we couldn’t get a new one even if we had the time!! She was very disrespectful!! We asked her if she could stop working on it and if we could please have it back and she told us that we couldn’t have it back!! She had it for three and a half months before we got it back!! We are very disappointed in which the performance of her work!! If anyone is looking for a seamstress DO NOT use tailor Joan!! We wouldn’t recommend her to anyone!! On your wedding day your suppose to feel your absolute best and look gorgeous and this gown after her working isn’t even presentable on its hanger!! She doesn’t deserve the one star we gave her!!
