They charged me over$150 to hem a gown for prom and then hemmed too short.i tried it on with my shoes for them too. They wouldn't give me a refund. I will never go back. Beware.

I took my husband's snowmobile jacket to get the zipper replaced. The cost for this was acceptable. My issue is that they wanted payment before the service. Why would I pay for a service I haven't received . I took the jacket and will find another taylor who collects money after the service, like any business does.

They're nice but I feel like the work could be a little more accurate. They don't do measurements for taking the hem up on pants, they just have you stand and they use pins.

I had taken my prom dress, wedding dress and occasion dresses here, but hadn’t been in a long time. I decided to take my bridesmaid dress here for alterations. It was extremely expensive and she ruined the dress. The chest section is up near my clavicle bone and completely uncomfortable and shoddy work. Not sure if she is burnt out or what but it’s awful. In the past she had me try on before I left- this time she hurried me out the door. It’s obvious it’s gone downhill in the past few years. I’m deeply disappointed.
