The reason i’m rating this company is simply because it was my first time there. I had passed the building for months and kept this business in mind until when I needed things altered. She was already attending to customers, so I sat down and waited for my turn but as soon as someone else walked in she hadn’t seen for years needed pants altered she gave her attention to her. I literally felt ignored. Olga then asked if I needed to try my things own? I told her I’ll just come back. Instead of her saying let me help you, she said alright and kept attending to the lady. Keep in mind I was a new customer and an African American. So, I guess she didn’t need my money. If you are going to own a Business, you should learn how to treat all customers right. Thank you!

I found Olga almost 5yrs ago. I was in need of some alterations and a friend suggested her. The shop is wonderful, I felt like I was in a dream, as I walked in there was a lovely lady walking out of the dressing room with the most gorgeous wedding gown and standing on this pedestal while Olga adjusted it. WOW. I felt funny then just bringing in some pants to shorten, but Olga spent time altering the pants, and was surprised at the cost. Olga was 1/2 the price I had paid down in Andover. I have sent many people to Olga's , all saying the same thing. This lady is truly amazing!!!!! She runs the shop herself, seamstress, and business owner. Please go by and see for yourself.
