I understand it’s alterations which can be mundane work. But, a friendly, thank you for coming and giving us your business feel would be nice. The prices are higher than Boston Suburbs. Used them because the convenience, they’re in Concord NH which is where this garments alteration was needed. $65 for alteration of 3/4 inch on a men’s overcoat sleeve. Clean, very clean business, and most importantly I didn’t smell the restaurant that is right next door called Manyee.

Best seamstress in town! I wouldn't go anywhere else for all my alteration needs! Martha has done wonderful work on many items for me. She altered a couple prom gowns for me when I was in high school, has made curtains, and pillows for my home. For my wedding gown, I wanted a custom look. So Martha took 2 wedding gowns that I loved, and made 1 compete dress for me. I loved the work she did! Very creative and we were able to make the dress around me and my personal style! Martha has also perfectly tailored my husbands suits and dress shirts. She has made costumes, dolls clothes, and baby blankets for my 2 children. I will be attending a wedding in October, and Martha is doing the alterations for that occasion as well. Martha and Brenda are very professional, they are focused on their work, very talented. They know their trade! I have never been disappointed. Appointments are required for wedding and proms alterations, but I never had any issue with finding a time to go in, they are very accommodating. I highly recommend Martha and her work. You won't be disappointed with Sew It All!

I had a wonderful experience at Sew It All for alterations for my wedding dress! They were able to fit me in at the last minute and their appointments worked with my schedule coming from Boston. Everyone there was so sweet and helpful at my appointments. They definitely paid close attention to detail and really listened to what I wanted. My dress turned out beautifully and fit like a glove!

I called and got a same day appointment! I needed my Mother of the groom dress done in less than a week. She had me in and out in 15 minutes! Pick up 5 days later! Reasonably priced and the only one I found open on Saturday and she does them on site. Other places send them out. Very happy to have found this shop! I wish we had known she had dresses! Definitely coming back for my next formal dress or alterations. Thanks again!

They are wonderful!!! I needed a zipper repaired (on my boyfriends hoodie he works very hard and outside) not only did they repair the zipper but fixed up the cuffs with no extra charge. Thank you very much for going above and beyond! It made my day!

Martha has altered dresses for me in the past. She did an outstanding job on my maid of honor dress for my sister's wedding, as well as my sister's wedding gown. When it was my turn to get married- just recently in February- I knew she'd be the person to see! (She also came highly recommended by Marry & Tux.) Martha did unbelievable work on my wedding dress! It fit like a glove and I felt so happy, comfortable, and pretty on my wedding day. Martha is very personable and confident in her work. Nothing stresses her out! She will tell you exactly what should be done to your dress while listening to what you want and how you feel in it. I highly recommend seeing Martha and Brenda for your alteration needs - especially wedding dresses!

BEWARE! I live in Minneapolis but work on a project in Concord, NH. When my daughter, who was getting married in Maine, needed to have her wedding dress altered, a co-worker recommended Sew It All. My daughter drove up from Massachusetts and I met her in Concord with the wedding dress. At the initial fitting, I was taken back by how incredibly rude Martha was. When we arrived, on time, we were totally ignored. I should have trusted my gut instincts. Martha charged us 600.00 the day of the initial fitting, and scheduled a final fitting one month later (5 weeks before the wedding.) The day of the final fitting, again, my daughter and I made arrangements to meet in Concord. Again, we arrived and were totally ignored. When finally, Martha decided to help us, she told us our appointment was the following day and that nothing had been done on the dress. Both my daughter and I had the appointment on our calendars on the day we arrived, Martha had the following day scribbled over another date and she had ALL of our contact information wrong. When I asked to see the dress, Martha said no. When I asked if the dress had just been hanging there for a month with nothing done to it, Martha replied, "Pretty Much." When we told Martha we couldn't come back the next day because we both lived out of State, she said come back in three hours. Completely dumfounded, my daughter and I left but neither of us felt good about the situation. After a short talk, we decided to go back and get the dress, and find another professional to make the alterations. My daughter, who was incredibly upset, stayed in the car while I went in to get the dress. When I explained we were uncomfortable with the situation and wanted the dress back, Martha would not give it to me. I repeatedly asked for the dress. Only after I agreed that she could keep the 600.00 did I get the dress back. After we got the dress back, Martha sent harassing text messages to my daughter for days. Luckily we found another alternations professional who completed the minor alterations in one week, and charged us 500.00. When all was said and done, we paid 1,100.00 for minor alterations on a 2,000.00 wedding dress. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
