I gave my dress for dry cleaning. The dress was hand made and had a button coming off. I did tell them to stitch the button and they said to do it. When i went back to get my dress, I was shocked to see the velvet fabric all torn on the collar, sleeves, and pockets. The dress had black velvet lining on the collar, sleeves, pocket and on the button line. The entire fabric was torn. I showed them and they said they can't help, it was a problem with the dress and the fabric. I've had the same dress dry cleaned other place without any issues. They used some really cheap way of cleaning, that damages the clothes. The dress was for 600$ and now it's of no use. They would not reimburse me for the dress, since she said that they are not responsible for damages to clothes. Oh C'mon you guys are cleaning..you better be responsible. Would never recommend this place...I am so pissed with them wish i had a way so sue for the damage. Not at all a creditable business. Take you dry cleaning somewhere else, even if it means paying couple of bucks of more. I regret going to them..

Since this cleaners has been under a new owner/management, I would recommend them. I take both my dry cleaning pieces and alteration needs to magic touch. I find that the prices are very reasonable and the turnaround time on getting my items back is always good too.

Im not used to paying 12 bucks per jean to taylor. 2 jeans tailored takes 3 or 4 days to complete.

Brought in my Dress Blues uniform to have alterations made. These are often difficult and expensive alterations. I was suprised to see how affordable this sevice was. The amount of time it took was also excellent and very accommodating. After trying on my uniform again I could not be happier with the service. They made the changes I requested with precision and within an excellent price range. I wont go to any other tailor in Nashua now.

The shop owners are very nice. They charged me $15 total for a sweater and a comforter, a very reasonable price. Clothes came back nice and clean, I’d definitely come back again.
