I have to say, I was skeptical when I brought my dress in for tailoring! It needed 3 layers hemmed and the spaghetti straps shortened. I was very impressed when it was finished and would definitely go back again.

I brought a cashmere sweater in for cleaning. It had a slight stain on the front, but I didn’t point it out as I didn’t want them to put any particular chemical on it. My concern was that a harsh chemical would wreck the sweater. I also thought that the stain was faint enough that it would come out with a regular cleaning. When I picked up the sweater there was an eight of an inch hole where the stain had been (right in front) and the clerk said that the hole was caused by moths. I have probably around 20 other wool sweaters and not one of those has a hole. We have no moths. Instead, we made the mistake of going to the wrong cleaners.

I had ordered 2 formal dresses online. When I received the dresses, unfortunately they were to small. I couldn’t return the dresses and order bigger sizes cause I wouldn’t get them back in time. Anyways, I chose KT TAILORS to fix my dresses. They did an exceptional job in fixing the dresses to fit me perfectly! They were very patient, courteous, and honest. Through a series of unfortunate events my first return flight was delayed, causing me to miss my second flight. I did get on a flight 2 hours later but arrived in Boston at 5:15 on a Friday night and spent 2 hours getting home due to traffic. My normal dry cleaner was closed. So, I planned to get to the dry cleaner first thing in the morning. But a flat tire, that could not be repaired, delayed me until past the time that dry cleaners accept same-day Saturday service. At the third dry cleaners they apologized for not being able to help me and then told me about KT Cleaners. With nothing to lose, I went to KT's. They provided excellent service especially considering that I had to have my suits cleaned that day. The pricing was excellent, the service perfect, and I appreciated them going the extra mile to help me out of a tight situation. KT's has become my "regular" Dry Cleaning business from now on.
