This has been the worst experience for me as a customer. The sign on the door says they open at 8am. That’s the first lie. They don’t keep hours. They just work whenever they feel like it. I’m currently sitting out from for the 3rd time this week just trying to get 4 pairs of pants that were dropped off Friday with the promise to be done by Monday the very latest. It’s currently Wednesday at 9:14am. No one is here and they are closed. Three other people have come and gone wondering why they are closed when the sign and internet say they open at 8am. Why is this the 3rd time I’m here this week you ask? Well...I came on Tuesday at 10am and miraculously someone was here and told me they weren’t ready. She gave an excuse of someone having a baby and asked me to come back at noon. I have her extra time and came back at 1. No one was here. The doors were open but there were no employees visible. I waited 15 minutes and no one ever came. I called, no one answered. This place is horrendous. They should be out of business.

I asked the person who took my dress on the time that they close, he said 8pm. I came in Friday 7:30pm & they were closed. I needed my dresses for vacation & that didn’t happen because he lied to me. On top of that the dress got cut shorter than I needed. I do not recommend them. Save yourself a headache & go somewhere else. On top of that they were giving me a hard time on giving me 10$ off since they the one who made the mistake.
