Redid my mom's dress for my wedding

I tried to reach her for two weeks straight because she had my dress for a month and I had not heard from her about the second fitting. After many calls, text, and emails went unanswered friends started calling etc. Finally one was able to speak with her and I immediately headed to her studio. Where I received a rude attitude for wanting my dress back since she had not even started the dress after having it for a month. My friends wedding was is in a month and I now have to find someone else to do the dress because I do not trust her at this point. Very unprofessional.

Deborah is such a sweet to lady. She does an excellent job at any type of material,she even fixed my bikinis (and I looked at 10 different seamstress places before her - none of them do swimwear). I was always very satisfied and eventually brought my wedding dress for her to make alterations. She made me a beautiful silk schiffon veil too

Deborah goes above and beyond. Sweet, unassuming and talented as heck! I needed my wedding dress taken out and hemmed. I had tried to get appointments with other seamstresses, but everyone was either away or too stressed out and busy. Deborah told me to bring in the dress the next day. She was kind, patient and had it done in less than a week. It is not for the lack of work as she has tons of it. She even hemmed my fiance's tux pants last minute as well. Her dog Isabelle is darling too! I highly recommend her!!

Dropped my dress off three months before an event and had to call 5 times to leave messages in the two weeks leading up the the event. Never was given any updates. Finally got my dress three days before the event and it didn’t even have all of the alterations we discussed.

My maid of honor went there months ago to get her alterations done. For the last month and a half she didn't answer callS or text messages and the shop was always closed. She had a friend set up a fake appointment after calling until someone picked up just so she could get in the building today and pick up her untouched dress. This was after my maid of honor tried calling the police because she was freaking out about getting her dress done or at the least getting it back. My wedding is a month away. I do not suggest going here if you have a timely event.

She was fast at getting the alterations done on my dress. It came out perfect! She was also very sweet, easy to work with and her dog is adorable. Highly recommend her if you need any alterations done on a dress.
