She is such a nice woman and the service is exceptional. reasonably priced and they do amazing work. if you needed something right away, she would drop anything she's doing to make sure it gets done and that you are satisfied. if you are not satisfied, she will make adjustments, plus some, no extra charge. keeps me going back!

Horrible customer service. Helen is shallow...I asked her a couple questions about tailoring my pants and she said "NO and NO AGAIN" almost immediately. I felt so horrible, I was nice and she was too busy for me. She was dismissive not sure why but it was very unpleasant. Little did she know I own a women's store and usually take some clothes that need repairs from being fitted in the fitting rooms to a local tailor. I was in need for one, well her loss, not sure what's her problem. I Do NOT Recommend, I don't even write reviews, but I just had to since it was that bad.

Helen's is my go to tailor for everything from hemming work pants to be the right length to helping with a few little fixes on business coats and cocktail party dresses. I was also recently married, so of course I brought my gown to Helen's! Helen and her team did AMAZING work! I have to admit, when I tried on my dress for the first time after it came in from the bridal shop when I was with Helen, I almost cried. It so wasn't the dress I had remembered trying on originally. But after just two sessions, Helen had it tailored PERFECTLY for me! It was also incredibly affordable!! I can not recommend this shop enough!! Thank you Helen & Team!! <3

I have had everything from curtains to cocktail dresses and parkas repaired here and everything is done with attention to detail with timely completion. I recommended her to a friend who bought a previously worn wedding dress which did not fit at all but Helen made it fit like a glove though it was a very labor intensive overhaul. She is affordable, always pleasant and helpful and parking is so much easier than at other in town tailoring shops. She's just the best.
