My fiance and I ordered the tuxedos for himself and his groomsmen at Gould's and we had a great experience. Unlike other tuxedo rental stores we had gone to, we were assisted through the whole rental process by friendly staff. They showed us all the options and helped us decide what was best for our wedding. When the tuxedos came in, a couple did not fit right and they worked with us to get the fitted tuxedos the day of the wedding! I would definitely highly recommend them.

Joe and his team were wonderful to us! The back story: My son rented a tux at Men's Wearhouse in Leominster well in advance of his Senior Prom. He went to pick it up last night, the day before the prom. The vest color was wrong(they gave him grey instead of the color that matched his date's dress), and both the pants and shirt didn't fit. I offered to drive to any location to pick up pants that fit. They said that nothing could be done and suggested that he bring jeans to wear. He was devastated. Since Gould's was already closed, we called them as soon as they opened this morning. They told us to come down and they would do whatever they could to help. As soon as my son got there, they sprung into action. They altered his pants by hand, on the spot! They spruced up his shirt, which was a replacement, and made sure everything was as perfect as they could get it. We were beyond relieved and thankful, not only for their generosity, but for their expertise. They saved my son's only Senior Prom, and I am incredibly grateful. The next time, we will only be going to Gould's!
