She should post on her website that she is CLOSED UNTIL NOVEMBER! She just had a baby. The place is only open certain hours to PICK UP garments. I found this out AFTER I climbed all the way up those stairs!!

I brought my wedding dress in for alterations after receiving 2 recommendations. I needed it taken in and wanted the belt attached, leaving no extra ribbon for a bow. My dress has 3 layers of fabric, she only took in the top (lace) layer. The seam is thick and different than all the other seams in the lace. On the 3rd try she did what I wanted with the belt, but when the dress zipped up the belt did not line up! She did the work quickly and was pleasant. If you are looking for a quick mediocre job, this place will work. If you want quality, or it is a special garment I would go elsewhere.

This place locates in an office on the second floor of the plaza, which took me a bit to find. My experience with it was terrific! Very Nice owner and great work done with my pants. The owner started to fix my pants immediately after I arrive. Then she told me I don’t need to pay anything because it is not much work!

Chan Chan's is amazing. I needed something altered last minute. They fit me in during busy prom season and did so happily. The alterations were done on time and perfectly.
