We stopped, because I wanted to go to Dress Barn. Many things weren't at outlet prices. I didn't manage to buy two very nice clothing separates on sale, for a good price. They also sell petite sizes. My husband wasn't impressed with the shoe store across the way.

For being a fairly small outlet store center, it can supply a good amount of needs. I use it to buy my boots or outdoorsy kind of things on a budget. Plenty of parking and easily spotted from the road. The prices are more dependent on the individual stores inside, but they're generally lower from normal stores. I would be aware that the selection can feel limited at times; it's much more geared towards outdoors and old ladies rather than normal clothing.

Falling apart. Businesses leaving. Run down. Staffed nicely for the few remaining stores. It is a shame..we use to love it. Dress Barn is very nice, as is the Leggs store. Staff there is lovely. Shoe store, in my opinion, no help at all.

Before the advent of the mega-Outlet Center, this place was a pretty big deal. Today it's a shadow of its former self, with fewer stores and a physical building that is definitely showing its age. Still, the building has a kind of innocent charm that comes from things like the old factory exterior, slightly uneven wooden floors, and the hallways decorated with completed jigsaw puzzles. I like to stop in when we're passing through the area because it reminds me of southern Vermont the way it used to be in the 60s and 70s.

Place is in need of a major renovation. Everything about this outlet center made me sad. It is in an area that is not doing well economically, the stores in the outlet don't seem to be vibrant or engaging, and the common area of the outlet is neglected. The worst though is the parking lot. I challenge you to drive through it without hitting a large pot-hole. Other than the public restroom, I don't see a reason to even slow down when driving by.

The building is rather dilapidated and the parking lot is full of huge potholes, but there are several outlet stores inside that I've enjoyed poking into. It's right off Rt. 91 at Exit 1 in Vermont and makes a great place to stop to break up a long ride north. Bass shoe outlet is the best place there, but it's still not cheap. There is a women's consignment shop, a Hanes outlet, Children's clothing outlet which has very good buys, and a couple of others.

Upon first glance, you might think this is a highschool gymnasium, not an outlet. However the stores have great prices, friendly staff, and while there may only be about 5 stores I think the prices, and quality of clothing and shoes make up for it and then some. Will definitely be stopping by next time I'm in Brattleboro.
