I go to Best Cleaners and Tailors weekly. Having an athletic build, big neck and short legs does not make clothes buying a pleasurable experience. However, whenever I go in, Amanda and Amy are as polite as can be. They always do their best to meet my expectation and timelines. Everytime they have exceeded my expectations. They have NEVER lost any of my garments or damaged any of them. Protip: if you don't know if something works or looks good, ask the staff. They are more than knowledgable and willing to help their customers.

One Star too many. I Attempted to drop off Racing crew suits and my wash and fold and she told me it would be at least 10 days. She also told me to take my wash and fold home and do it myself. I live on the road and work for a race team, so I don’t have a washer and dryer, otherwise I would not be going to a wash and fold. Fortunately for the lady at the Counter, I walked away.

I brought in a large order, which cost me nearly double what it would have where I previously lived. I decided to give them a chance anyways. Four days later when I went to pick up my items I was pleased with the way my wool coat was cleaned. However, the next day I went to put on the work plants I had hemmed and they were not hemmed at all. I returned that day and they agreed to re-do my pants by the following day. When I went to pick up my pants they were nowhere to be found. Eventually my pants were found but it ended up being nearly 12 days since I first brought my pants in and I received no discount or even an apology. I foolishly decided to give this place a second chance to have a dress hemmed but they simply could not have a simple hem sewn up by the following day. Do NOT go here. There are other much more accommodating places to get your clothes cleaned where they won't be "lost".

Don't even want to give this place one star. I walked in and asked about alterations, the woman said I could come back in an hour and she would measure my son etc... I came back in an hour, someone else was there and told me to come back Monday because the other woman left. To bad for them, they lost business. I went elsewhere.
