If you need something altered in southern NH, call Rosa. I did that thing people do when they're getting ready to get married and didn't have my suit altered until a few days before the wedding. I called Rosa up and she said to bring it down and she would have it ready for me. She did an incredible job, was delightful to talk to(seriously...she's a sweetheart) and she did everything she said she would!

To be fair, I do not know the quality of this womans's work and I never will at this point. I had an appointment for her to look at a dress to be hemmed. I made it more than a week in advance. I have a busy professional practice and scheduled my clients around this. I arrived a few minutes early to see a sign on her door that said "Closed...be back at 3:00" We had a scheduled, confirmed 2:30 appointment. I called her and said she would be there maybe in 15 minutes?? She had to pick up her child from school. How about a phone call to me so I did not waste an hour of my day getting here on time and wondering whete she was? This is disrespectful of my time and just plain rude. If I treated clients like this I would not have any. I will go elsewhere.

Rosa was great, finished my rush hemming of a bridesmaid dress in 5 days! She did a great job, really reasonable pricing too. Would definitely return.
