Stay away. We just had a big party requiring white jackets for everybody. Several in our party went to this place after being promised tuxedo jackets. Everybody had a bad experience from the wrong size, dirty clothing, and a tailor who lies expecting us to accept 3rd world treatment. Liars every step along the way.

had a long dress needing alterations (bust and length) and this place was highly recommended. I was surprised at the cost of the alterations - more then what the dress cost me. I was okay with paying since I was expecting an awesome job. Well after a few tries the alterations were done okay - not perfect in the bust but felt it was the best they could do without taking the entire top apart. The husband was always nice when I came in, the wife was nice most of the time... she easily got frustrated. My main reason for writing a so-so review was that I had to pay extra to have the dress steamed after all alterations were complete. I had some dog hair on the bottom from when I tried on at home, but there was also glitter that got on the dress from their shop. The steaming did remove both but there were some tiny spots (one right on the bust) that I expected to be removed but was told the they were not going to do that... I feel confident the spot got on the bust when they were altering so now I have a spot right in front. And with that the bag that they put over the dress wasn't even the length of the dress - so how do you keep a dress clean if it isn't fully covered. I know that many have been happy with their results at this tailor, but I will not be returning or recommending.

Absolutely outstanding tailor. Almasa is a genius and I really enjoy going to Europin. I have recommended many friends and family. We need more of these small, family-owned and outstanding businesses in town. They always remember my name and I am so delighted that I found them a few years ago. Their work is always great and the prices are very reasonable as well. Great service. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I just got back two gorgeous skirts that were actually too big (for once) and now they fit perfectly!

I have been coming to Europin for alterations and customization of lots of my cycling apparel. And now even casual wear jackets/vests that need repair. They specialize in wedding dresses but they have the expertise to fix whatever I have brought to them (even though they are non wedding dress items). Best tailors/alterations in town! Thanks ALMIR.

Fantastic job altering my oversized fully sequined birthday dress. I bought a dress 2-3 sizes too big because it was the only one left and prayed it could be altered. It had to be taken in everywhere. Shoulders, cuffs, hem, back pleating. An even bigger challenge because the dress is fully sequined. She worked magic and it came out just as I had pictured in my head. I received so many compliments on my dress. Great work and wonderful family.

They did a beautiful job hemming and tailoring my frech chiffon dual-layer floor-length gown. The work was professional quality. The owners were very accommodating, promising that the work would be complete the day before I requested, and the dress was ready a day earlier than promised. This company takes pride in their work and really seem to know their business. I will return for tailoring of my high-end pieces and suits.

My granddaughter was getting married in Springfield,Virginia on August 10, 2019. I purchased my dress 1 month earlier. On Sunday, August4th I decided to try it on again and it did not fix due to a BIG STOMACH! i was flying to Regan Airport on August 7th on a morning flight. I also needed the jacket for my dress lined. I had the material for the lining with me. They said they could replace the zipper with corsett ties which would give me room for being able to close the back of the dress.. I informed them my flight was Wednesday morning. They said that would be no problem and they could also do the lining for the jacket. I was told I would receive a call the next day when my alterations were ready. They called me early on Tuesday as promised. My dress and jacket fit perfect. Everyone at the wedding thought i looked amazing. At 78 yrs old I looked and felt beautiful, thanks to European Tailors. If ratings were 1 to 10, I would give them 100. Their customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend them. Thanks for making this SENIOR HAPPY.! ALBERTA LlNEAR RUCKER

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I ended up walking out because the seamstress, Alma, was so rude. The policy doesn't bother me. It was the manner in which Alma spoke to me that is the issue.

I'm new in town and was in need of a good tailor! I went on yelp and sent Europin and a couple other places a message for an estimate. I got a response in about 30 mins. The price sounded right so later that day I dropped in w/ the dress that needed to be worked on. When I got in I was promptly greeted and taken to the fitting area. They pinned the dress and asked me when I needed it back. I wasn't in a hurry so I said whenever it's convenient for them in a timely manner. So he said how about in 4 days and that worked for me. Come to the day to pick up my dress, I tried it on and wasn't 100% happy which is normal because tailoring isn't a one time job. The wife noticed what was causing the problem making the dress not form fitting.. so she asked if I can come back after 4pm. When I came back to pick it up.. it was PERFECT! I paid a fraction of what I used to pay... and the outcome was just as good if not better!!!

Alma is the best in Vegas! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my wedding gown. She's amazing. Update: Alma is my savior! I wouldn't entrust my wedding gown alterations to anyone else. She was able to adjust the neckline and add appliques to my illusion sleeves and create a completely different look. The before and after of my gown was unbelievable. Thank you Alma for creating my dream wedding gown!!!!
