Friendly, highly skilled seamstress/owner of this business did an excellent job altering my suede jacket sleeves, shortening them by 4 inches for a very fair price. Liner and leather panels look factory made. I am very happy and will be returning with more business.

Visited Carson Street Tailoring with my wife to get something adjusted. The owner of the shop was very welcoming and went above and beyond to take care of us in the time we requested. Having a place where people genuinely care and want to help you makes all the difference for us, we won't be going anywhere else from now on.

As soon as we walked in, the woman behind the counter already started being rude. She had no tact, was dismissive, and was unhelpful. What she obviously lacks in basic social skills is made worse by her lack of customer service. Avoid unless you want to leave angry and insulted!

Let me start by saying that I live in Reno and on the day I was tuxedo shopping I happened to be in Carson picking up my bridesmaid dresses form my alterations lady that lived there, I thought hey lets just check and see if there are any tuxedo shops in Carson while we are here. BEST decision I made. I walked in the Owner/lady working there was not only immediately nice and accommodating but helpful in trying to help us find exactly what we wanted. She didn't push anything on us but instead asked us what WE WANTED and proceeded with our details to find us everything we were interested in. She measured my fiancé, let him try on items to give him a visual and went over all the options she had available for order for what we were looking for. I walked in intending to rent a shirt and vest, that's it, and I walked out renting a full tuxedo. I will update this review with more photos and details when our order comes in and my fiancé wears his tuxedo. Until then I would HIGHLY recommend this lady for anyone in the Reno/Carson even Dayton/Minden area. I feel she loves her job and cares about the quality over the quantity, which I feel makes all the difference in the world of business. She was Fantastic.
