This is a straight forward place. Ive been going here for years. The lady is stern and strict and straight to the point. Do not misunderstand this for "bad customer service". In [tailoring], you must be very clear on what you want. We military men love this type of service! In and out. Quick and quality.

Such an awful lady, walked in at 8.58pm as I was informed the shop will be opened till 10pm by one of the clothing store. Shaking head asking me to say out loud what the time is. Apologized that I was not aware of the time, when I said it's okay that I would come back, she was keep pushing me to put on the jacket so she can do me a favor? This store should never be recommended by any clothing stores no matter how good her tailor skill is.

I had a great experience here a few weeks ago. I purchased a couple pairs of pants in the mall for a conference I was at and got a tip to try this place for quick and good hemming. Within an hour I had a great job done at a fair price. They also will deliver for a small charge to anywhere you are staying on the strip. I'd recommend this place and plan to use it again if I'm ever in Vegas and need alterations done.

If you are planning to ruin your pants and clothes then come to this shop. I went there to shorten my suit pants and the tailor charged me 25$ and made the pants so short. He basically ruined it.

I had a great experience here. They took in my huge baggy vest for my brother's wedding and it fit perfectly. The service was kind and quick. They will try to do anything to help you out. It is a bit pricey but 24 hour service costs extra.

I had a wedding dress emergency and they were able to fix it in a about 36 hours. High quality work as well, you’d never have known it was a rush job. They are, very straightforward. Multiple times they told me how much work it was and how they needed more time (I gave them all I could and paid them quite well for it). I’d encourage some of the staff to be more understanding and empathetic with their clients, and listen to their situation too. That being said, the work is flawless and was very fast when needed.

This place is horrible! Not only I was charged unbelievable amount of alteration services, but also the most arrogant and unprofessional workers with no customer service whatsoever. They don't belong in that affluent mall, but somewhere in the hood looms . They seemed to be uneducated and doesn't know how to talk to customers. They need customer service etiquette so badly . I'm also taking my frustrations to these people at Better Business Bureau. They need to be shut down and please Mall department stores... Do not recommend them to your customers. They're unfit!

I was in from out of town and needed a suit button sewn. They fixed it in about 5 minutes and didn't charge me.

I called them last minute an hour before closing. She got the alterations done by 3 PM the next day and had the clothes delivered as promised. I would reccomend this tailor.
