Sam is a very nice guy, however I feel either he lacks skill or time management. I had taken 6 pairs of pants to Sam for tailoring and spent about 70 dollars in all which I thought was a great deal. However, less than three months afterwards my hem came undone on two pairs of pants so now I have to go get them tailored again. The reason I say he either has skill or time management problem is because I gave them to him for a week, he called me on the day of pickup and asked for another week extension, I told him no problem that would be okay as I was not in that big of a hurry. A week later I went and picked them up, I feel either he never really did the tailoring in the first part, or he did it so crappy that it didnt stay sewed. Your pick on using him but in my personal opinion I would advise not to.

Horrible customer service. Came in to get something fixed that the old man didn’t leave right and when I was talking to him, you know just making conversation, all he said was “come back next week.” Not my fault you messed up at least have some manners!!! I have plenty of other things to get fixed but I’ll gladly take my business else where. He has a horrible attitude.
