Having been in an business-casual office setting for many years, and had hundreds of garments through different dry cleaners, right when I walked into this location, I knew better than to leave my shirt there, but since it was within walking distance of my home and convenient, I did. It had a small amount of black, ball-point pen ink next to the right sleeve, and I made that clear. They said it would be ready on a Friday after 2pm, since I dropped it off on a Monday after 2pm. Not needing it anytime soon, I didn't care too much about the extremely long wait. Friday came, and they didn't have the shirt yet, claiming the ink caused a delay, but it would be ready the following Monday. On Monday, I went to the store, and the shirt was still not there, so they called the actual dry-cleaning location (this location doesn't dry clean anything, they're just a store front, which was fine), which was One-O-Eight Cleaners, and they said it "might be" ready Wednesday. Fed up, I went to get the shirt from 132nd and B street, to find the ink was still on the shirt, and now there were new, speckled brown spots. After taking it to Max I Walker, where I usually go, but didn't for the "convenience" factor, they explained that they were scorch marks, which happens when a wet shirt is placed in the press to soon after washing it. Take my advise (as I should have), go to a location that actually dry cleans their own items.
