If you want to waste your time take your dress here. My daughter took her bridesmaid dress here on a Friday to get shortened. The gal suggested doing something to the back since it was bunching. She said come back in a week. She came back the following Saturday and they could not find the dress. They finally found it after my daughter had to go in the back and look for it. They told her it would get it done by Monday to come in. She gave them another day and went in on Tuesday still not done. Bad business. I would go elsewhere as they even treated her poorly. We are taking the dress somewhere else.

Wow. This shop is so good that I've begun repairing rather than replacing my clothes. The work is very good, and the staff is able to communicate much more clearly than in other local tailor shops. Best of all, they're incredibly cheap: usually only $5.00 to mend a tear. One time they didn't have the work done on time, and not only did they drop everything to finish it right away, but they refused any payment. They have a small collection of nice clothing for sale in the shop, so I may buy my next suit from them.

What a waste of money and time. Brought my wedding dress here cause the place I bought my dress from referred me. What a disappointment. We had a destination wedding and made it clear the date we needed the dress done by. On final pick up date.. the dress was NOT ready. Came back 3 days later and picked up the dress for our destination wedding.. come to find out it WAS NOT DONE!!! What a joke. The straps were way too long, needed to be shortened. She failed to do that. Not worth a penny you spend here!

Are you looking for a tailor in the Omaha Metro area? If so, do NOT go to My Tailor on 120th and Center. That man is rude and crude. He did not follow the easiest of instructions on TWO different orders given by me and a friend. And he wouldn't except fault. Nor would he refund the $50 charge. "Three inches off the floor. With a four inch hem." It is just a simple choir robe. How do you mess that up? I think I said it a dozen times and expressed that it HAD to, HAD to, HAD to be exact. Do NOT go to My Tailor near 120th and Center by Nobbies. He called us names. Said it was our fault. Funny thing is we were not there together, but took our robes on separate occasions. Mine ended up with a 5.5" hem. My friend ended up with a 3.5" hem. And we told him over and over that it had to be exact. That the measurements would be judged for a competition. Again and again, they had to be exact. Nope. He was mean and cruel.

My Tailor has altered 3 business suits for myself and one for my daughter. The work is exact. The price is very reasonable. The work has always been done on time. Everyone is friendly and nice to work with. I have been very pleased with their work. I highly recommend My Tailor.

Fantastic service and very fast! Extremely helpful and accommodating. I brought in a suit coat with a tear in the sleeve, they took it on the spot and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. They would not accept payment but I will be taking all my alterations to this location from here on out!

Took 3 of my suits recently to get altered- service was cost friendly, fast, and precise as it always has been in the past. Friendly and knowledge staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I was 7 months pregnant and had ordered a dress online for a wedding at the last minute (my fault). It came the day before the wedding and I tried it on and of course it did not fit. The bust was way too big and it was too long. I was in tears because I knew there was no way I was going to be able to find someone to fix it before the wedding the next day. My husband called My Tailor (keep in mind it was 3pm in the afternoon by this point in time) and they said to bring it in. To my surprise they said they would have it done for me the next morning at 8am and sure enough they did. Not only did they help me out when I was in a bind, they did a great job with the alterations. I would highly recommend My Tailor for all of your tailoring needs. I can't thank them enough for their quick turnaround and great customer service.

In a word excellent! This business understands the meaning of customer service, quality workmanship and honest prices. Veda has tailored most of my entire wardrobe from suites to slacks to shirts and jackets. Honest, trustworthy hardworking and freindly. If you're looking for a quality tailor, look no more. Also, they have an awesome selection of mens ties and dress shirts which will be my next purchase. Veda and her husband are ledgends and should be inducted into the tailoring rock and roll hall of fame!
