Mila did an amazing job on my wedding dress. I brought it to her pretty last minute and she was able to hem the dress for me and fix the sides my dress. She was also extremely fast, I brought my dress in on 4/12/18 and it just finished today 4/24/18. Only one fitting and I’m taking my dress home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for alterations or tailoring. Added plus, she’ll take pictures for you too!

Over-priced (quoted $70 to hem one layer of a dress, $40 for the chiffon layer, then $35 to take straps in an inch). I was not in a rush as the event is more than 3 weeks away. My alterations were very basic. I think one of the worst parts is that she continued to have negative things to say about other area stores. She was very proud of being a local favorite. Cool. My business will go to more professional people.

I barged in on them after they had closed (didn't notice the hours sign), and they graciously took my measurements. I had 3 slacks and a sports coat that needed work, so it wasn't a quick thing. They were speedy with the repairs and had my clothes back to me in half the time they quoted. Work looks good.

Mila's Tailoring is a diamond in the rough! I dropped off 3 suits to be tailored and was impressed that she catered her schedule to when I needed them. The first I needed within a few days to meet an out of town wedding, and the fit was perfect. When I picked up the other two, outstanding fit as well! Her and her husband were courteous, professional, and experts in their craft! I have had bad tailoring before ... and this is not one of them. They have my business in Bellevue and the surrounding area from this day forward.

Mila did a great job altering my jeans this month. They look like they came this way from the store. She had to take them in from the knees down because the bottoms were too flared. I also had her alter a dress and she did a wonderful job on that as well. She is very kind too. I give Mila the thumbs up!

This woman charged me $10 to do my measurments for a wedding and was SO WRONG with them that I have to reorder my dress because it's so big. I had heard word of mouth that people were unhappy and now I see why. She wasn't even close with the measuring. What a joke!

Mila was very friendly and told me that she could help me get my daughters’ dress tailored for her senior prom in two weeks short notice. After she pinned her dress; she wrote up the ticket and quoted me $139.70. I was a bit taken back by the price of the alterations, being that I didn’t even pay that for the dress. I even politely made mention of that. She explained what she had to do to the dress, and so I agreed to that price (in which she requested all cash). The following week she called and said the dress was done and “bring your yellow slip with you when you pick it up. I have to change something” she said. I agreed to. When we went to pick up the dress, she told me she forgot to add $50 charge (to the already high $139.70 quote) and now I would owe here $192. I explained, I would agree to pay the amount she quoted me during the fitting, but that I felt it was unfair to charge me more. She then tried to barter $20 extra, I still declined. Explaining again my stance. Then finally she agreed to stick with the original amount. When my daughter tried on the altered dress the seam on the side that she had taken in had torn. She agreed to fix the tear and for us to pick up the dress the following day, again requesting cash. My daughter picked up her dress and dropped off the money Thursday. It was a busy rest of the week and prom was Saturday. (Today) Today was my daughter’s Senior prom and I noticed the seam of where Mila had taken in the sides of her dress was done poorly and was torn again. I have 5 daughters and many of proms and special occasions ahead, and I will not be returning. I believe her prices are far too high and her quality of work in this particular dress was poor. I thought it was extremely unprofessional to request $50 more after I was prepared to pay the amount on the ticket. And I also think it’s bazar she only takes cash. Overall disappointed.

Mila tailored a sport coat for me and did a terrific job. She uses pins rather than chalk lines to mark the jacket, so you can see just how it will fit when it's done. Highly recommended.

The owner of the shop blocked a handicap parking and non parking so a friend of mine who was in a wheelchair could not enter the store next to them . When asked him to move his trail brazler, he was completely rude and disrespectful. It was snowing, windy and freezing out otherwise she could have gone all the way down the to the other end to use the open sidewalk. I am shocked how a business owner could represent his business, in this manner.

I recently took a man's leather jacket to Mila's to have the zipper repaired. Excellent work--you could not even tell that the zipper had been replaced and best of all, the work on the jacket was completed well before the date that had been quoted to me previously. That was especially great as the weather for the last few days has been extremely cold. This is the second time I have had work done at Mila's and I cannot say enough about the excellent work done on the leather jacket--highly recommend their services.

Mila may not be the cheapest tailor around but her prices are reasonable and her work is second to none. She's always fast, professional, and understanding of circumstances you may be in. I've had JROTC uniforms altered by her years ago and numerous suits more recently. She also did an amazing job with my wife's wedding dress. To me, it's worth the extra few dollars for guaranteed great quality.

Mila’s Tailoring tailored a suit and fixed a zipper on a jacket for me. I went there because her reviews were good on google and she is up the street from where I lived. All the reviews are accurate on here, both positive and negative. Are they competent in tailoring? Yes. Do they charge too much? I personally think so. Can their customer service suck sometimes? Yes. Do I believe the review that says she tried to charge a customer for things that she didn’t mention initially? Yes. However, prices are difficult to complain about when you as a customer agree to pay them and are totally in your right to go somewhere else. I do feel the prices are too high though. This isn't my first time getting a suit tailored. She only did basic adjustments on my suit and charged $180. She charged me $37 to put new slides on a zipper. If I had the extra time in either situation to check other tailors, I would have. So price is irrelevant, the problem I have is the customer service. With my jacket specifically, I said that $37 seemed like a lot to put two slides on a zipper. She then condescendingly asked if I knew how to fix it myself? The snarky comment was unappreciated. They also made me pay money up front for the $37 zipper charge, even though my jacket was purchased for over $200 (I’m obviously not going to leave it there). The reason was that “military people” don’t come back to get the items they drop off. Really? Thanks for stereotyping everyone in the military. If you are going to expect money up front because of your experience with military members, just make it your policy for everyone. Don’t make your customers feel bad about themselves when they haven’t even done anything wrong. If I could do it again, I would rather go someplace else that actually supports the military, charges a fair price, and is respectful to you as a customer. The jacket was supposed to take 7 days, but they finished it in about 2 hours. This is obviously because they felt like they shouldn’t have said what they did to me. Why else would they have dropped everything to fix the jacket? The quick turn around is nice, but not really necessary since it’s a motorcycle jacket and it’s winter….. An apology or a discount would have been more tasteful. All in all, I have no hard feelings towards them. But I would not use them again.

Mila has always been professional, efficient and has done an excellent job on everything I've given her. To date she has replaced a zipper on a full-length down coat (it looks like brand new), another zipper replacement for a pair of jeans, and taken in three dress slacks, one with a liner. She also worked magic for my husband's dress shirt and slacks. She always finishes the work earlier than quoted, and the prices are reasonable. We have special sizing needs, and cannot find clothes that fit off the rack, so needed to find someone we could trust for quality work on a fairly regular basis. I have found that person in Mila- I won't go anywhere else.

Mila did an outstanding job on my new letter jacket. This was a project to transfer my letter from a jacket that was 47 years old and too tight to wear. I bought a new jacket and took them both to her to do the transfer. She was very careful to center my letter (it is large) and find the perfect location to mount it. She even had her husband model it to make sure it was perfect! She had proposed to open the liner so she could machine sew the letter on. But in the end she opted to not open the liner and meticulously hand sewed the letter onto the jacket. She did an amazing job and I am delighted with the results! This is the second jacket that she has worked on for me. The other was a Husker reversible leather jacket that needed a new zipper. She put on an awesome two-sided zipper that works great and looks better than the original. This place is great! Go there with your tailoring needs, you will not be disappointed!

She helped me with my wedding dress in 2010 and did an AMAZING job! 6 years later I had an emergency hem needed on a dress for a girls trip and she was able to squeeze me in on 3 days notice. She also remembered my mom and where we lived and where we moved to, out of all of the customers she's had she still remembered me after 6 years...just wonderful!

Mila recently did an outstanding job altering my 6 pair of slacks that another tailor in town did a bad job on. I'm not one to normally give reviews but she deserves a great one. She is a very nice lady who takes great pride in her work and I'm very glad that my daughter told me about her as Mila also did a tremendous job in March 2014 on her wedding dress. I couldn't help but see that Mila has 11 out of 12 reviews at 5 Stars and one at 1 Star. My guess is that her primary competitor had someone write that bad review on her because she is such a perfectionist!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Mila's! I highly recommend going here if you are looking for good quality. I brought in a particularly hard dress to work on (due to my novice attempt at lining the dress myself) and Mila did a fantastic job! It fit perfectly, her stitching was beautiful, and she was super understanding and patient. I didn't have high hopes that the dress could even be done and I walked in expecting to be disappointed so I was shocked when she said she would be able to fit it for me. I couldn't be more thrilled with the work she did. It is absolutely beautiful and I will forever be amazed that she was able to work around my amateur stitching. Would give 0 stars if I could. I went in to have 2 bridesmaids dresses HEMMED. One dress was free and the other dress I paid $80 on Amazon for. After I tried the dress on, she told me it would be $135 for ONE dress to get HEMMED! The other would be $170 for extra fabric! :O Then, when I told her I was going to another place she tried to bargain with me for a lower price. I'M SORRY...NO WAY. I immediately went to "My Tailor" on 120th and center. My price for both dresses...$96. GO TO MY TAILOR! They are amazing!!!!!

Mila's tailoring was wonderful. I brought in a dress that was a little too long and the shoulders (which was a sweetheart neckline with thick lace that went up to the neck and dropped down in the back) needed a lot of adjusting. She did a fantastic job and you can't tell it had ever been altered, especially with the fabric types. I will definitely be returning if I have anything else that needs altering.

I have a one of a kind, vintage leather coat (probably 50's era) that belonged to my grandmother. Unfortunately the hem came out and I needed someone to repair it. Mila's is in our neighborhood so I stopped in...wow, am I glad I did!! I dropped the coat off on Monday (they were actually closed but she invited me in anyway). She clearly knew what needed to be done, how to do it, and gave me a fair price. She said that it would be done sometime the next week. I got a call the very next day! I could not be happier! The coat looks great, and she even fixed a few places that I hadn't noticed that needed repairs! I highly recommend Mila's Tailoring!
