Took my wedding dress here and got it back with gobs and wads of black threading mashed up in the beading of the train and all over the bottom of the dress. Took me a half an hour+ to remove it all. My veil was smooshed in the bottom of the bag, bunched up, not ironed like I was told it was going to be. I turned the dress around to check the front and there was a brown smear across the chest of the dress that looked like makeup or spray tan. I called and spoke with a gal on the phone who said she usually does the steaming and ironing and she was not informed the veil was supposed to be ironed, even though I paid for it, so that wasn't done. I told her about the smear across the front of the dress and all I heard was "well I didn't try it on!" from connie in the background. At this point, I was horrified. I was getting married in a few hours and I now had to clean the dress and find somewhere to steam it. I had to beg David's bridal to let me use their steamer, thank God they let me. Anyways, I initially took my dress into Jack's Tailors just needing the strap around the neck adjusted, the seam along the zipper repaired, and steamed. I got it back dirty, unsteamed, and the repairs weren't even correct, the strap was still too loose. But I wasn't about to take it back here. No way. Will never go back and will advise others to stay away. Oh, and I have pictures of all this so if anyone is asking for proof, I can send it. Oh you can't believe me? That's a disgusting way of doing business. Exactly why I won't be sending any business your way. I have the pickup ticket if you'd like more proof. And no I didn't get anything on my wedding dress, that would be dumb of me, and the only dumb thing I'm guilty of is taking it to your tailor store, as I can see your customer service is only geared toward people that you wouldn't have to mend your services with. Like I said, I have pictures of my dress when I got it back and I still have my service ticket. If you'd like to see them all you have to do is ask as opposed to being snarky and I'm not even asking for my money back, I'm just warning people of what could potentially happen and thank you for your reply, only proving how you respond to criticism, in a very unprofessional manner. No I dont work for David's bridal, they had to save my dress.

I went there for the first time with an expensive pair of linen pants that were, at a minimum, one size too big. They had to be remade in the waist, hips and leg length. When I picked them up and tried them on they fit perfectly and are the perfect length. The job they did is stunningly good and I can now wear a pair of pants that I almost donated to the Goodwill. The pants were even beautifully pressed. The price was reasonable considering that the pants were essentially remade. I'm so happy with the great job they did.

Had a tailoring emergency the morning of graduation. These gals dropped what they were doing and took care of me immediately. I was never so thankful. Great work. Reasonable pricing. Home Run!!!!

After leaving two outfits with Jack's Tailors for alterations, I took them home to discover that my first outfit had been sewed with the new seams being plainly visible in the front. My second outfit was a see-through dress. The slip was sewn into the dress inside out so that the seams were on the outside of the garment as opposed to concealed on the inside. The two garments alone were over a hundred dollars and, based on other reviews, I had thought the price was worth it. However, the work done on these two outfits was far below acceptable standards. I would neither recommend this tailor, nor would I utilise their services again.

They treated me very well. Everyone is super friendly yet very professional. I had 2 suit jackets and 3 trousers adjusted, perfect fit. Reasonable rates.

I brought an item in to have three patches sewn on. She (unknown name) initially tried to pin the patches on where she thought they should be. I showed her where I needed them and asked for a price. I was told she didn't know, but it won't be very much....first red flag. I returned approximately a week later to pick up the item and was charged over $50.00. I later found out this price is unreasonably high. After I got home I looked over the item closer and noticed that some of the patches were off center and one patch had been lowered (placed where she initially tried to put it before I corrected her) from it's original pinned position. This causes an issue with the uniforms appearance when I wear it. I did not contact them about these issues because they are closing for a couple of weeks and I will need the uniform within that time frame. The lady I spoke with was very friendly, however, I will not be returning to this business for any type of service in the future.
