You need something sewed or hemmed, look no further. I know zero about either and she made it sooo easy and quicker than a hiccup. Dropped something off, picked up 2 days later. Whole process between dropping off and picking up took 2 minutes total maybe. Never do reviews either but damn she deserves a great one!!

The only seamstress I'll go to! Just picked up my favorite pair of sweatpants today and on the way out was thinking that she deserves tons of customers because of the great and hard work she does. She's always been super nice to me, she gets work done quickly, she's never misplaced anything of mine and finds it quickly no matter how long I've waited to pick it up, and she remembers me and my preferences every time I come in no matter how long it's been since I've been there last. (Literally, I think I went over a year or two in between dropping clothes off and she remembered me every single time.) She's always honest with me and tells me if it's worth fixing or not even when she could make a lot of money on something that really isn't worth fixing. I took some dress pants to her a couple weeks ago with an idea of adding some material to the bottom that wouldn't make them look bad (in hopes of saving them because it's so hard to find pants long enough for me) and she went with it and made them look beautiful and completely normal! I am always so happy with her work and service. I'm so happy I came across her place randomly one day years ago.

Worst experience ever! Brought in a Leather Jacket for a new zipper & a windbreaker for a repair of a tear. Ms. Dee said it would be ready in a week. Went back in a week and at first she couldn't find my jackets because the place is a mess! I finally located them & I was in a hurry so I paid the $12 and left. When I got home I found out that the zipper was fixed but the windbreaker still had the hole! I called to tell her that I had a problem paying for work that wasn't done & she said to bring it back & she would fix it. However, her hours are only till 5:30pm & she sometimes leaves before then, so I decided to go elsewhere.

I just visited the store with a cocktail dress I need to wear next week (short notice, I know!). During our consultation she realized I didn't actually need alterations and showed me how the gapping I was worried about in the back was simply a product of my not pulling the dress all the way down (user error). Although this means I can't review her actual work, I will remember her honesty and warmth. I'm a bit busty and often need alterations, and she will certainly be on speed dial from now on.

Adjusted and cut my sequined dress in 2 hours just before the event I was wearing it to. Fit perfectly and was complimented for the dress positively. Would recommend it to anyone looking to go all out for an event, at a reasonable price!

Too expensive. A crop top was $36. That was fair as it was lots of work. My total bill was over $81for the top and hemming one pair of pants and one knit button down top.

I had the best experience with this place. I last minute needed a bridesmaid dress altered and she was able to do it in about 3 hrs. Her pricing was more than fair especially since I was so last minute needing alterations. Shop is clean and they are non smokers. She also took the time to press my dress so it was ready to go for the wedding. I will be sending anyone I know to her and I will be a return customer for sure.

This woman does awful work. Four pairs of jeans for hemming and a pair of shorts that needed a hole in the pocket repaired cost $50. Wouldn't be an awful price if she hadn't hemmed 2 pairs of the jeans an inch too short. I can no longer wear them and cannot get them fixed because she didn't leave enough material to let them down. She is also not at all friendly to her customers. Don't waste your money here!!!

I love J Dee Alterations! I have used and recommended her for 16 years. She does a great job on everything from fixing a coat zipper to formal wear. Both my sister and I took our wedding dresses to her for alterations, they were done perfectly, quickly, and at a Very reasonable price! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
