I took my uniform slacks in to be tailored and they were too short when I got them back, she also didn't know whose they were. To get just my service coat and my skirt dry cleaned it cost $30, for that price I could have gone to my normal dry cleaners and got my whole uniform dry cleaned.

We have been going to Dina's for years and always have great service with great prices, but this past time we went was above and beyond the service we normally get. My son had patches he needed to be sewn on his ABUs so he could wear them to school for ROTC. He finally got them on Tuesday and so we went to drop them off. The lady that greeted us knew the day he wore his uniform to school is Wednesdays so she stopped everything she was doing and told us to give her five minutes and she would do it that day so he could wear it the following day. He was so happy he didn't have to wait a week! I LOVE this place!

I've visited Dina's before when I was a young airman stationed at Offutt AFB and got name tapes and stripes sowed on. NEVER had an issue. Fast forward almost a decade later and the service and work is still of quality. I came in on a Monday and asked if they could hem a dress for a wedding on Saturday. Not ideal, but it was done without batting an eye! They do quality work, and I recommend members of the military, civilian, or anyone really, to get their tailoring needs done at Dina's.

My daughter needed a new flower girl dress with less than 2 weeks until the wedding. I provided Dina with a picture and material. Dina created the dress from scratch in about a weeks time and it was absolutely beautiful! We received so many compliments on the dress as well as people wanting to buy it for their own child. It was also very affordable in my opinion. I would definitely recommend!

Not the biggest fan of the work. Asked for my sleeves to be shortened and I got a hack job back. The fold was not lined up at all. However, the turn around time was amazing.

Haven't had any major issues. They make flight suit patches and sew velcro onto coveralls as expected. Sometimes a little difficult understanding the service people at first, but we've been able to communicate what's needed adequately. Good prices, great work.

I am absolutely thrilled with Dina's Tailor Shop work. I brought them an incredibly hard task that no other tailor shop would do (replace stretch panels on a pair of Crye combat pants) and the quality is amazing. The stitching is absolutely solid. The pricing is great, I thought I would be paying a lot more than I did. The ladies working understood exactly what I wanted and did a perfect job. I couldn't be more happy with the quality of their work.

Ive used Dina before for JROTC uniforms for my daughter. They fit perfectly as required and comfy for my daughter. Ive taken other little things to her here and there. Yes she gets overwhelmed because she is busy and most the time on a tight schedule since she does mostly AF Base and JROTC uniforms. Ive read some of the petty reviews. Shes to pricey or she is mean and yells. First off she doesnt mean to yell. Imagine working under noises of those high quality sewing machines day in and day out without ear protection. She just talks loud. And a hidden zipper color is pretty petty to complain about if you ask me. Nobody but you can see it; however yes its yours and some people are perfectionists and if we are paying for a service we expect it but i can only imagine it was likely a navy blue so pretty dark as she wouldnt out a baby blue zipper in place of a black one. She is a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Her stitching wont come apart at the first wear or washing. Her fittings are always spot on. She is nice you just have to look past the loud bold voice cuz of hearing loss.

Only place I will take my Marine Corp military uniforms for tailor. They are much better than the offut AFB tailor and I highly reccomend them to anyone else no matter what branch you are in!

I've been in two branches, and have been taking my civilian clothes here, AND UNIFORMS (Navy AND Army...and my late father's AF classic blues) so I've trusted ALL of that, for the last 20 years to Dina. Great person, and even better Tailor! Her and her staff are welcoming. Trust her with all clothing needs! Even dry cleaning! She has only been late on me once, and granted, I was okay with it and it was horse hyde(sp)? Anyways, it was only two days late, but she called me the night before it was due to ask me if it was forgivable... She helped save my classic airdale jacket from the Navy! She's a pro! From zippers, to seams, in betweens... You got it.

Went in to have my zipper replaced with a magnetic zipper from Magzip because of Parkinson's Disease affecting use of my hands. I was told the wait would be two weeks and would cost 30 dollars. I went in the day it was to be ready and was told that a local event had them busy and they did not complete my jacket. I waited until the next week and got my jacket that looks and functions well. They did seem impatient as I fumbled around with bills and the jacket, not sure they understand what handicapped entails. I would say good quality but be sure not to be in a hurry or have special needs.

Not thoroughly impressed. I can hardly understand most of the nice ladies who work here. I never leave confident what I asked to be done will be done as I instructed. Prices are rather steep, too.

Amazing work! I send all my clients to Dina for suit and tux alterations! She already specializes in military uniform alterations so of course i entrust her to take good care of my customers. Myself included, for pieces like blazors, blouses and work pants and especially great with dresses! She does high quality work at a reasonable price. Dina is the best tailor I have ever known. I went to her in the 1980s and she tailored and created many of my performing costumes. She is amazing at fitting and does great quality work. She also expertly tailored my military uniforms. I'm in LA now and wish I could find another tailor as good as Dina.

I have had some really great experiences with services and some really horrible ones, and I have never felt compelled to write a review before today. I had taken some garments to Dina's Tailor Shop, one of which was a shirt that needed the sleeves shortened. When I received it back, the sleeves were shorter than what had been marked, so much so that the sleeves ended up being more of a 3/4 length than a full sleeve with my arms moved away from my sides. When I brought it to their attention, I was first told that it was my fault because I approved the mark. Then I was told that it was the style of the shirt even though the sleeves were originally longer than my fingertips. Their suggestions for me were to either not move my arms or to sew a stripe back to the end to make a "cuff", which would have been problematic for them since they threw away the material that they cut off. I would have accepted the mistake if they would have apologized and taken responsibility for it. There was no refund for that portion of the alterations (which to me is now a very expensive mistake on their part), no apology, nothing. The final insult was that when I went to pick up my shirt, neither the person who made the mark nor the owner even bothered to come out to return it to me. They sent out a person whom I had never met before instead of facing me themselves. That, to me, was extremely unprofessional and the final straw in the whole ordeal. If you are planning to use their services for a simple hem, you'll probably be okay. However, if you're planning to take a more complicated job to them, I strongly encourage you to consider your alternatives. I seriously considered giving DIna's Tailor Shop one star, but they did hem a few items to satisfaction. I certainly will not be back.
