Had a dress done. She does accept card and had to go to an ATM for cash. Was super expensive just to fix the dresses shoulders! I will never go back. The bra hooks she put it broke right away and were very low quality.

She is absolutely amazing! She does not charge for express and was so fast with her work. I got my bridesmaid dress altered there for my brother’s wedding and she got it done in TWO DAYS! Highly recommend her to everyone with any alteration needs.

I had my wedding dress altered here. I had a relatively simple chiffon dress that just needed the length taken up and a one-point bustle added. She did a good job altering the dress, but the work took quite a bit of time (over 3 months), and it seemed like she was adding little adjustments that weren't necessary (fixing "broken" hooks or adding an extra belt loop) and then charging me for them. The final cost seemed overpriced for what was actually done (over $250), and the loop she made for the bustle ended up breaking halfway through my reception. She also does not accept credit cards, and when I asked if I could pay by check, she requested it a week in advance before picking up the dress.

My friend and I had the same alterations done on our identical bridesmaids dresses. I went here- it took over a week and a half and they charged $100 citing difficult material and adding unnecessary bra hooks that I didn't even ask for (the straps are lace and see-through, obviously one would wear a strapless bra). My friend went elsewhere and was charged $25 and had the dress back in 12 hours. Absolutely will not go back.
