Not even worth one star. The Asian lady is just a ripoff and a liar. I went there for resizing my jacket sleeves. When I went there to collect it, first she wasn’t able to locate my jacket and then told me that it’s with the drycleaners and we will be given to me a week after the original due date. When I followed up a week later she told me that the drycleaner has lost it. And all this drama just a day before my important event for which I needed the jacket. I had to make several trips from O’Fallon to her shop in Manchester, at least 5 times in order to get a new jacket. She also tried to give me a wrong sized jacket saying that it looks good on me when it was clearly oversize. To make my experience better she first told me that she is not going to charge me for any services but still took money in the end. Please do not go here. Very unprofessional, money minded, rude, liar and irresponsible attitude towards the customer.
