When I picked up my wedding dress, I expressed that I did not feel that it was fitting properly. They stated, that is as good as it is going to get and there was nothing else they could do to fix it. I took it to another seamstress who was able to alter it further which cost me even more money but was able to make it perfect.

I have had two pairs of jeans altered here. They were different prices each time. Not quite sure why. The service was good. The first alteration was better than the second. No credit cards. Bring cash when you pick up your items.

Aweful. First they had been calling me and mixing me up my bridesmaids dress up with a prom dress for someone name Danielle. They knew I had to have someone pick up the dress for me and send it out because the wedding is in Illinois where I had to be earlier then they were able to get it done (I dropped the dress off a month ago). I have just received the dress with the pins still in it where they were SUPPOSE to alter iNow with less than a week until the wedding I have to rush around and hope to find someone who can fix what they SHOULD HAVE DONE ALREADY. I try calling to get my money back and of course they don’t have a voicemail. Very disappointed go anywhere more organized!!!!!!!!!

Margaret has shortened two delicate chiffon dresses for my daughter, and changed the neckline on her prom dress. Every time, the stitching has been beautiful, despite the delicate fabrics. You could not tell alterations had been done. The dresses were always finished on time and at the price quoted.
