I called to ask if they did zipper repair. They said they did and I inquired about what the average cost to repair vs replace a zipper was and the woman on the phone said I would need to come in for her to look at it in a frustersted tone and directly hung up on me before I could even say thank you or end the conversation politely . I would have happily brought business to them, and bringing the zipper in to see how much it would cost was something I figured on anyway, but I don't like being hung up on as if I'm frustrating someone. If answering simple questions is too much of a bother I'm happy to take my money elsewhere.
