I didn't have a good dealing here... I got the impression that the lady was rude and didn't care much for what you had to say. I had badges put on 3 Scout shirts a few months ago - 2 of the badges were put on the wrong shirts (which is a single mistake - however the blame was put on me - even though I showed her which went where- I was charged to have them removed and put on the right shirts). The badges on the 3rd shirt are already coming away from it...

I needed two dresses altered for my soon to be step daughters, the shop where I purchased my dresses from put me in a time crunch for my affair by not arriving in the timely manner from which they promised, my event was in 7 days. They were coming from out of town for just ONE day prior to returning for our big event, they are both in school and it's finals week so they had "NO TIME" and this was the only day that they could do this. I called Arina's shop, she was polite, helpful and willing to fit me in her tight schedule, It's Prom time and time for Weddings! I knew I would be taking a chance but also prayerful, and hopeful. On the day of my daughters arrival there was a small accident which prevented them from getting to my house on time in order to take them to get their dresses altered. I phoned Arina and explained this to her with much sadness, "remember" we had ONE day to get those dresses done by our must have date!...The accident was minor which allowed us to make it to Arinas shop in the nick of time. She got us in and out and the dresses will be ready for pick up! She's an Angel...it's all about business, by treating her with respect I received excellent service, I could tell she knew I was shaken and nervous, but she handled me with grace and assured me I chose the right place for the job.

One word for this place... AMAZING. You could tell the owner has a true passion for this through the phenomenal quality of work done for each alteration. She really pays attention to detail and makes sure she gets it perfect. And not only is the job done exceptionally but the prices for the quality of work are amazing. You definitely won't be able to find another place that will alter your clothes better or cheaper! And not only do you get your clothes perfectly altered while you're there but the owner's beaming personality will have you smiling from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave! Definitely recommend this place!

Forgot to post this last year. Staff did a wonderful job on my maid of honor dress dress for my sister-in-law wedding. I came in on a Tuesday and the dress was ready by Friday. Everybody was nice and the prices are very reasonable.

Don’t know even where to start. My adopted (friend of own daughter)daughter took her prom dress to this store. The moment she walked in the lady that helped her started out rude. She explained what she needed done. A hem in the front of the dress and it needed to be fixed to where the dress can be bustled. Went back in to pick the dress up and they wanted to charge 120 dollars for a little hem and the dress was not bustled enough to where there was not a train. I know I am not in the alterations business but I do know what a bustle is. Her dress would have taken more then 1 button. The back of the dress was still so long. And when I said why is this still so long her attitude and rudeness got even worse. Needless to say I would never recommend anyone going there to have alterations done. To me I feel like this lady took advantage of my adopted(friend of own daughter) daughter and did whatever she wanted. And then got mad because we were not paying 120 dollars for a dress that she messed up and didn’t want to listen for me to tell her what was wrong with it. When you are in the alteration business you better know what bustling a dress means. I don’t care how long you said you have done this. It was wrong. And you obviously don’t know what a bustle is or how it should be. Learn the job!!!

Arina is very friendly and professional! She did a BEYOND incredible job on my wedding dress!!! She ensured that I was fully satisfied with my gown before I left her shop! She took in some of my dress around my legs to make sure it complimented my curves and let out some of the length to have it long enough for the heels I wore. I received a TON of compliments at my wedding on my dress. Everyone said it looked like a dress out of a magazine, and that is all thanks to Arina and her commitment to make sure I looked great. I took my wedding dress to Arina and it came out perfect! She does beautiful work and I felt like a real princess walking down the aisle. She listens to what you want and gives really good feedback when you're not sure. She's very reasonably priced too - I will take all my clothes here in the future!

Brought a pair of heavy denim work overalls to get the legs taken in and shortened and Arina did excellent work. She even matched the triple stitching. You can't even tell they were altered. Would recommend to anyone.

Arina did an incredible job on my wedding dress! I had a long list! She didn't only alter it to fit perfectly, I also had her take the straps off, bustle the train and add volume to the bottom. Would give zero stars if had the option. $14 FOR A SIMPLE HEM ON MY SCRUB PANTS. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. If I would have known how much she was going to charge I would have never left them with her. Absolutely disappointed cannot believe someone is that low that they have to charge that much for simple hem on pants. Nothing crazy at all that I asked to be done JUST A ONE INCH HEM BASICALLY!!!!! DONT GO HERE

She did a beautiful job on my wedding dress. I bought my dress used and the previous owner must have done her own alterations. They were terrible! Arina took out the previous bustle that had about a million buttons and gave me a simple single tie bustle that looked great! She sewed in cups as well so I didn't need to wear a bra. Will definitely use her again for other items.

Very rude and im a very friendly person .I asked questions about a dress and she quoted a high price worth more than the dress. I said sorry i cant do that she said in a high voice i cant do it for free. I said i never asked you to do it for free she said well you expect it done for $10 i have rent to pay...i replied well i never had a dress done before sorry i have no idea about prices. She laughed me out the door.
