I needed my wedding dress altered in the bust area quickly, and they were able to rush it within a week for an additional charge which was cheap. They called exactly one week later, and I was extremely pleased with the work and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been coming to this shop on and off for almost 2 years getting alterations. I like the work for the most part minus a few hems coming out every now and then. The main complaint I have is they have not had my items ready with the date on the ticket nor do they call you let you know this. I live 24 miles away and when I drive into town I expect my item to be ready on time or to get a call stating it will is not and will take more time. I had had an item take almost 2 weeks longer and they still charged me full price and did not apologize! I also had an item I dropped off and when I showed up to pick it up they stated they were not able to fix it?? They did not call me to let me know this, they just waited for me to show up expecting it to be done. If they dont care about their customers enough to give them a courtesy call but still want their money then they need to have better customer service.

Very friendly staff. My alterations were done on time and cost me about half what I would normally pay in my hometown Dallas. Will use again!

Left a sleeping bag here last year to have a new zipper put on. They told me that they would have to order zippers and that it may take longer than normal. Considering that it was mid Spring, I didn't mind. It wasn't until about mid to late Summer when I called asking for it, which was well after the estimated completion time (and mostly after the ideal time to camp) and they hadn't even started on it yet. They offered to "expedite" it, but told me it would be another week. Cost was a bit high, imo. No one called me to inform me of any delays.

Great work owner even stayed late to redo a zipper I had put in a pair of jeans because it did not meet the standard of work I had been promised. Will take all my sowing need here.

I had brought a handbag for repairs. Brought it in early March and was told it would be done the following week. Week came and I called to find out it wasn't done and to call again next week. That end of the week came and I called once more to find out that nothing has been done and to call again. Well another week goes by and I call to speak to a lady who said the bag was not done and that they would call me to let me know when my bag was done. I gave them another week, no calls, nothing. It's been a month!!! I finally called and told them that I was picking up my bag regardless. I got my bag back and I am deeply disappointed at their services. I do not recommend them at all, they were not sorry for holding my bag up that long and I had wasted all that time when I could had sent the bag somewhere for a faster turnaround. Never again!

Told me that relining my leather jacket would be done in two to three weeks. Two months later, they're still not done. That's absolutely unacceptable, I NEED my jacket to ride my motorcycle safely. I don't care if they relined my jacket with unicorn fur and gold, they charged an exorbitant rate for their shoddy, severely delayed service.

Said it would take a couple weeks, they did not call me for two months, could not even locate my item of clothing when I called them, they did not even know if they did the work or not - ended up telling me they could not fix it after they held it for over two months. Treated me like I was an annoyance. I will never go there again, what a waste of time.

We needed a concert skirt hemmed in about 1.5 hours, not only were the friendliest folks, but measured, marked and hemmed the skirt in less then 45 minutes! I will continue to recommend this merchant, because they are the best!

I called the morning Karen (the alteration lady) said my clothes would be done and she told me to come pick it up at 4pm. At 4:30, I came by to pick it up and she said it wasn't done. The guy doing the register up in the front pulled the clothes off the hanger and I saw they haven't even started on any alterations! They never contacted me regarding the status of the completion. They never apologized, I paid more for the alterations than what I paid for on the clothes, and they were so unprofessional.

Didn't realize they were going to charge me $30 just to alter a cotton t-shirt to fit me. Never going here again.

First time going to this place - and the last. Not a good impression. They forgot to get my bridesmaid dress done! Had it almost 2 weeks. Good thing I call before going by to pick it up! And I shouldn't have been charged the amount they made me pay due to their negligence. A discount for this screw up would've been a nice gesture (followed by a better review than this one) Also, if I had read the other reviews I've found on this place I wouldn't have taken my dress there! Poor customer service.

I read the other reviews and fortunately I have never had those negative experiences. They are always prompt and professional in my experiences. They always call me when my orders are done, and have always delivered on time. Also, not to mention names of their competitors, but they are friendly as well, not acting like you're an inconvenience when you show up to get something altered. As a short man that has to get almost everything altered, I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely excellent! They've done all my dresses, costumes, and even my wedding dress, and never failed. Their prices are also *way* lower than other places!

I've had about 6 pairs of business pants and two business shirts hemmed here, and they've done a good job every time with a quick turn around time and best pricing.
